We are going to copy the Warriors roster.

Lights out guards:

Knight
Mario

Role playing small forwards

TJ/Tucker

Stretch 4's
Kieff/Mook (assuming they plea bargain)

Tough rim protector at #5
Len

Then with cap space we try to grab another vet 4/5

I'd be fine with either of those two or Porzingis.

It will at a minimum take Len, Bledsoe, the 13 and probably a future pick for him. Maybe Tucker if they also want to deal Gay.

They will want a PG and a Center and we can't trade Knight. They have like 3-4 PFs already so they won't want the twins, especially with their legal situation.

But yeah, Cousins to PHX has very little chance of happening.

I would think Warren is just as good of an asset as Randle is now.

Wow. All these proposals are way too much to give up for Cousins. He wants out and teams that want him don't have that much to offer. I am still not sure about Cousins. IT looked like a great pickup last summer. We discounted the locker room issues and it made a mess of the year. If Karl wants him gone, there is a reason. It is Karl, so that gives me some hesitation, but still.

Randle and #2 is better than anything we can give

Not if it's true the Kings want to acquire players to help them win.
We could offer Bledsoe an Len as a starting point. They'd have a more well rounded team to put around Gay.

If I am the Kings, I fire Karl and keep Cousins. You cannot tolerate that type of insubordination and politicking on a team. He is trying to force the hand of his owner and GM.

If they do not, they will lose the respect of players all over the league. Karl just crucified his own career.

I see George Karl getting fired being more likely than Cousins getting traded at this moment

For those that think we can trade Bledsoe for the #6 pick. Sac doesn't have the expirings to make that happen.

Would have to be something like

Len/MorrisX2/Goodwin to CHA,
Jefferson/Granger/#13 to SAC (They could then trade the #13 or their #6 for another solid vet).
Cousins/Williams to PHX.

Bledsoe/Knight/Tucker/Wright/Cousins

Sac wouldn't want Jefferson even if they were giving him away for free

First off. If we get cousins we would have to keep Bledsoe! They are friends and this would be the reason we get COUSINS.

#2 is Okafor which would be a better pick up offensively and in the long run then LEN!

Randle was hurt but is going to be a pretty good player. Plus the lakers can throw in something else or get a 3rd team involved.

Our best package

Len, 13th (doesn't guarantee them anything), Morrii, etc.

That is not going to get them to win! :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

Again. I think it is more likely Sacramento fires Karl than trades Cousins..

OK, if the Suns do deal for the #4, it would have to look like this. The player they want would have to be available at #4. Then Kaminsky, the player the Knicks want, would have to be available at #13. If Kaminsky is not there, the trade is not happening.

None of our 1st - 2nd year guys fit the bill (TJ, Len, Archie, Bullock) as established vets and our longer tenured guys like MoBro, Knight, Tucker, Wright, Granger don't seem to be overly enticing...

That is what I have said. What would the Kings want from the Suns? The Morris brothers? No way. Picks? Wojnarowski says they do not want picks. Tucker? Of course not. Not Bledsoe because Cousins is supposedly friends with Bledsoe and the Suns would want to pair them together. I am 100% unwilling to involve Len in the trade. So that leaves Goodwin, Warren, and the rights to Bogdanovich. None of that is what the Kings supposedly want. Who knows what is going to happen.

Gotta be a Three Way?

Sac Gets:
Lawson
Faried
MoBros
Len

Denver Gets:
TJ Warren
#13
Miami Picks
Bogdan

Suns
Cousins
JaVale?

Cant work out salaries at the moment. But Denver wants youth and picks (which we have), and Sac Town wants vets (which we have and Denver have)

Could be a good mix/match

Sac would have like 5-7 PFs in that case. I really don't want to give up Warren.

That's why the trade won't work. The last thing they need is PFs and they need a PG.

Chad Ford:

Phoenix Suns

Needs: backup C, PF, SG

Round 1 (13) Rondae Hollis-Jefferson, G/F, So., Arizona
Round 2 (44) Guillermo Hernangomez, C, Spain

Analysis: While much of the NBA scouting world has been down on Hollis-Jefferson, I remain enthusiastic. Yes, he can't shoot. And it's a problem. But he does everything else at an elite level. He can be a lock-down defender at multiple positions. He can penetrate and finish at the rim. He has a high basketball IQ. If his shot ever started falling, I think he'd be a star. Even if it doesn't, I could see him turning into a star surrounded by more offensive minded players like Eric Bledsoe, Brandon Knight, Markieff Morris and T.J. Warren. He could play a Andre Iguodala-type role for them on D. Scouts came in with super high expectations for Hernangomez, and while he put up good numbers for his age, he was never dominant in Spain. The Suns aren't getting a game-changer at No. 44, but Hernangomez could play in the NBA right now -- think a young Zaza Pachulia.

While there's some weird dislike of Bledsoe among the fanbase, I don't think a lot of us want him gone if not for using that nice pick to get Knight. The dual undersized PG thing is a joke and Bledsoe is our main trade asset.

I think its due to the fanbases perceived notion that Bledsoe cost us Dragic.

Funny. The Celtic have offered Smart and two firsts to the Sixers for #3 and Noel. We could just offer Bledsoe for #3. That would be a much better deal for the Sixers. Imagine that. Take Russell at #3 and Kaminsky at #13 and call it a day.
