He's made $220 million over his career--not including endorsements--I think he'll be fine.

The Cavs are shopping Brendan Haywood's corpse and expiring contract for a 'facilitating bench player.' LOL. Good luck guys, didn't know it was that easy!

It's unguaranteed money so it isn't just an expiring contract. Not sure who wants to get out of a contract tho, other than us with Lee.

I just find it silly how they expect to get something of consequence for a corpse, at least Lee is a warm body.

But it looks like Mo Will wants to o back to Cleveland so what do I know. He'd be a strong bench add. I do wonder what kind of money Delly demands. He played himself into and out of a multi year 3-5m deal over the span of 6 games. About 2m per with a team option on year two is what I'd say he's worth - I think that's roughly what Baze got.

Vivek wanted to emulate the Lacob and Guber ownership but is getting closer to Cohan.

Vivek is the worst lol. Boogie is all but gone and Vivek is saying he wants veterans to "win now"

Too bad they hired Karl. I know the Kings coveted Iguoadala before we signed him, even offered him more money. We could have possibly done Dala + Bogut + idk to at least get SAC on the phone for Boogie. They are clearly incompetent, at least pick up the phone and see if we can steal away one of the best young players in the league.

From the LOL pile:

Dallas is now leaking that if Monta Ellis decides to opt in (8m), they will be dealing him. Goes to show how poisonous his attitude has become since being the humble rookie/soph we thought the world of. I wonder what lucky franchise will get this ring-less clone of DWade.

I can't recall so many early trades. I think there will be a lot of movement this off season and hopefully the Warriors can join in.

It's common knowledge here in Dallas that Ellis will not be a Mav and have encouraged him to opt out.

My opinion of George Karl has gone up again now that I know he wants to trade Cousins.

NO need to use this to put down Monta. The only reason they're doing this is because Monta wants to get paid more (feels he was on a bargain deal with thme) and the Mavs prefer to use this money to to go after a big name FA which if they were to give Monta what he's probably asking for this would hamstring that effort. If he would have opted in (his choice) then he probably would be playing with the Mavs again next season. Just like many teams this offseason, the Mavs are trying to get their ducks lined up for free agency.

Who's going to sign with the Mavs now? They have no backcourt, Parsons is injried and Dirk is older.
Their roster now is: Parsons (bad contract + injury), Dirk (good contract, but old), Felton, Devin Harris + a bunch of minimum salary guys.

Meh, looks like they're going after Danny Green who will be cheaper and a downgrade in overall talent. Monta's skillset is best served as a JR Smith 6th man, but his usage is so huge that when he's in the starting lineup your success/failure comes down to how effective he is at getting others involved (let's be honest, that was never his strong suit).

He just can't seem to play within the confines of the system.

Just a Laker fan passing through.

Just wanted to say that Curry's gesture to Drazen's mom really made my day. It's really awesome to see something like that from a recently crowned champion and MVP. One of the most down-to-earth guys and really special player. Kudos, Steph. :)

DeAndre Jordan, apparently.

Better sign him then, if they want to contend next year.

How much can (want?) the Clippers offer him? No way he's leaving CP3 if it's not for the money.

I would just like to see it so the Clippers take a hit. Hate those guys
