I don't see how he can bust...unless those workout videos were sped up or something and not real time. He shot is so silky smooth, quick, and automatic. They way he moves going to the rim is so fluid as well. And he seems to have a great IQ.

his IQ is terrible. he can't finish through any kind of contact. he doesn't use that quickness enough to draw fouls at any reasonable or respectable rate. he's easily the most selfish player projected in the top 10 with HILARIOUSLY bad assist rates.

but he's got potential to be great if he's given time to grow next to a legit space eater

With our current roster, Porzingis is one of my least favorite prospects. I'm glad someone in front of us wants him so that it pushes Mario down 1 more slot.

I'm just gonna quote what I said before the workout...

InProblematique wrote:I would argue that he's probably the third best player in this draft behind Towns and Russell. If he falls to 9, you can't pass on him, I don't care if it means three straight rookie PFs. He becomes BPA by the fifth pick at the latest.

After the workout, I'd put him higher than Russell, maybe higher than Towns. I agree with whoever said the T-Wolves should be at least considering him at No. 1. Dude's gonna be amazing.

I'm not a fan of this kid but he does fit the style of the new NBA...he looks like he would have a hard time finishing and get pushed around on the block

i'm sorry I don't know a ton about this kid but he looks like a box checker to me plain and simple. You see his workout and you're just checking boxes. Height, speed, dribbling, quickness, hand size, length. I'm skeptical and i think he's being overrated based on 1 workout.

He is probably one of the most NBA scouted Euro prospects ever. The workout was for the GMs who didn't get to see him actually play.
My picks:
2020 Draft (3rd pick) - Tyrese Haliburton, Devin Vassell, or Onyeka Okongwu
2021 Draft (11th pick) - Moses Moody

I want us to keep Biyombo, but if we aren't planning on doing that I want WCS. If we resign Biyombo though Porzingis is the guy I want the most.

Don't know why this thread was bumped, could be a bot, but...
