Matt Barnes to Memphis from the Hornets for Luke Ridnoir. So no Lamb for Barnes deal. Lamb and 14 for #9? Lamb staying in OKC? Guess we should know in another 10 hours, give or take.

Lamb will be in Charlotte. I keep hearing a future second round pick. But, I think it might hinge on who's on the board tonight.

But you just gotta try to argue.

Dion Waiters has been in the league for 3 years. Dion Waiters has been the same player for three years.

The post you originally responded to was about Waiters. You're the one who wants to argue about him. The dude sucks. He can't shoot, can't pass, is an idiot, and plays average defense. Jeremy Lamb also sucks, maybe slightly less than Waiters, maybe the same amount, but definitely not more. The only difference is that Lamb doesn't keep getting excuses made and minutes handed.

Haha the whole Hornets board (mostly) was ecstatic when Lamb was going there the first time (Brooklynn 3 way) if this falls through Charlotte UConn fans may explode.

From rotoworld.com

Updating a previous item, Jeremy Lamb remains on the Thunder.

There was a report yesterday evening that Lamb was sent to Charlotte for Matt Barnes. However, Barnes has been traded to the Grizzlies today, so that means Lamb remains with OKC. He is still very likely to be traded today, but it probably won't be to the Hornets.

Wow. I guess people are so eager to be the one breaking news that the news came out before it should have? I'm happy though as I wasn't happy with our return (or lack thereof).

I'd much rather see him packaged with our pick to move up in the draft. Even if it's just a spot or two.

What are we going to do with Ridnour? Trade him?

Since yesterday:

Orlando traded him to Memphis -- who traded him to Charlotte -- who traded him to OKC. Poor guy. Nobody wants him.

Oh my. Giving up on Lamb just to dumpy salary. Meh.

He's non guaranteed, so salary relief and a roster spot.

Gotcha. Thanks. Yeah his salary is $2.75 million. I guess I just wish we were getting something tangible in return but understand the move.

Oklahomans may not want him anyway.

So we get pick 31-55 in next year's draft? Feels about right. no question he would have been worth a late first with pt.
