Starting to question this McD genius talk. The Guy pulled off one good trade with bledsoe.

I'm just gonna leave this here "Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results"

I don't see a lot of genius talk, but he's really only had a few questionable choices. Len and Warren good picks, so was Goodwin at 29. Stashed Bog overseas, tried to do the same with Brown. Signed the twins at very good moveable contracts (he had no idea they would be in a court battle), traded Scola for Green, Plumlee, and a pick. In a tough spot, moved Goran for two picks. Snuck into that Clipper trade and grabbed Bullock for an aging Randolph. Picked up Wright for almost nothing.

So the questionable moves were signing a 20/6 guy, and trading away the Laker pick?

I don't think it's his fault that guys didn't do as well as the year before, and it isn't his fault that the three smaller guard rotation went selfish instead of gelling.

This. He's not a miracle worker but he's done very well for us.

@BurnsAndGambo: Another guy to keep an eye on for the 2nd round is Pat Connaughton, says @Gambo987.

And that's the reason the Bledsoe PLUS 13 trade rumor is garbage. 13 is a decent pick this year, no reason for the Suns to give it up.

Bledsoe for the fourth/sixth straight up at least makes some sense, but I doubt its going to happen. Bledsoe is more valuable than that. There could be some behind the scenes pressure that gets it done, but basketball wise, I don't think it makes sense.

I'm getting ready for the Suns to stay put tonight.

Bled plus
Frank
Turner
WCS
Booker

is ok by me.

I think we may move up from our 2nd round pick to nab WCS or Harrell if they both slide.

He said Oubre.

I had a suspicion he would be dumb as bricks, hence the drop in his stock. I was intrigued by him not gunna lie but he'll probably end up being another underachieving athletic prototypical wing in the mold of Gerald Green but with better defensive potential

Oh gotcha. Lol. i doubt WCs lasts beyond the late lotto, lot of these timely reports/buzz regarding his medical concerns are probably doctored up by teams in hopes of having him fall to them . If we draft WCS at #13 I wouldn't be averse to trading back into the first to get Looney if he's still around by the 20s which I doubt but Harrell should be there. Another option is Christian Wood who could anywher form late first to early second but he's really raw and a boom or bust PF project you take a flier on.

I said that early, this draft have too many good young players. They are not gonna be superstars, but probably starters in this league for a ton of years. Way better than 2013 draft. Similar to last year's draft.
I want a second first-round pick and grab someone like Harrell or Hollis-Jefferson. ..we need that type of players on our team.

Yeah its true he's done good work. I wrote that in angrymode when I saw we weren't interested in Cousins. Like we had that luxury. I just feel we need to some dramatic changes and roll the dice instead of the same 9-10 seed BS. Lets face the fact LMA is not looking at us. Love who would fit well in our style of play isn't picking up the phone. Last year McD talked about we were in mix to get Lebron, who are we kidding the dude was never coming here.
