He can finish at the rim, knock down a 3, he creats for his teammates and creates for himself. Kristaps has time to develop and doesn't have to be a savior right away. I don't think Phil is done yet. Let's see what we do at SG now.

Exactly how I see it. The Grant acquisition is going to help relieve the pressure for Porzingis to produce early.

Roughly where we currently stand...

If you're going to add Monroe might as well add d west.

And put Monroe at C and West at PF where they belong

not even close to the same player

Well a Bellinelli replacement. He can't play D like Green, but he can shoot and has SG size. They need it

We established this a long time ago, any euro pick was going to get this kind of reaction. Casual fans had no shot at really getting hyped over KRISTAPS.

Idiots on ESPNNY right now I can't even listen! Saying the Knicks NEED to make the playoffs next year while in the same sentence saying they had the worst season ever. Yeah okay, you're being real fair by contradicting yourself in the same sentence. He also keeps saying we had a 4th round pick, and Phil's an idiot. These dudes are purely awful to listen to.

I shouldn't have gotten attached to Mudiay like I did but after cooling down I like that were swinging for the fences with Porzingis. If it works out he's the perfect versatile guy that can fit in any lineup in today's nba. Also anybody questioning Phils GM skills can put it to rest now. That trade of Hardaway was brilliant. Getting a higher value pick in a more recent draft for a guy who's done nothing but dissapointed since the first half of his rookie year. Also give some credit to Mills. All of a sudden we have some decent assets.
