Dakari Johnson, Joseph Young, Michael Frazier, Robert Upshaw, Brandon Ashley, Tyler Harvey and Jaiteh are worth kicking the tires on...

I just mentioned Johnson. Upshaw has way too many red flags. He's going undrafted.

If we keep the pick and don't go Euro or sell it/trade out. I wonder if we actually draft somebody we brought in for a workout.

If he pans out, he'll be a stud, if not...hey at least he tried. The kid is 19 years old so its not like he peaked. Word on Twitter is that he's working out with Wiggins and Beal this summer, so its a start.

He traded up for KLife

We have just 11 guys on the roster (counting Oubre and not counting Pierce). Even if we resign Pierce and Gooden (or some other vet S4), we'll still have 2 roster spots. We may as well take a shot at a 2nd round pick. I'd like to take a big man. Either Wood or Dakari Johnson could work.

I mentioned Aaron White as a guy we brought in for a workout. He is a potential S4.

Brooklyn will send Mason Plumlee and Pat Connaughton to the Blazers for Hollis-Jefferson and Blake, league sources tell Yahoo.

No. He traded up for Booker in that same draft (#30 plus #35 for #23, if memory serves). He got Seraphin from the Chicago pick obtained via the Hinrich Maneuver.

As far as the value of two future second rouders go, I'd say moving up 4 slots in the first round > the 39th pick.

Return to Washington Wizards
