Offseason isn't over yet. I still think McD has some tricks up his sleeve. I just hope one of them isn't Rudy Gay. Dude is the personification of mediocrity.

We're not getting Tobias Harris either. Pistons(who just drafted the Stanimal) and the Celts(who missed out on trading up for Winslow) are the main suitors read to max him out

Melo is pissed about draft night. Zen master will make some moves, we might be able to get Porz still.

Re: Offseason Trade and Free Agency Discussion
This is what I think McD might do:
- Bledsoe for Gay + Stauskas
- Sign Rondo and Millsap
- Re-up Knight and Wright.
- Dump Mook for anything.
PG - Rondo
SG - Knight
SF - Gay
PF - Millsap
C - Len
Bench: Booker, Stauskas, Goodwin, Bullock, Tucker, Warren, Kieff, Wright, Lauer
That's actually not bad, enough for a playoff team and future doesn't look so grim. These guys just aren't flashy, but there have been teams in the past who have won without flashy teams, like the '04 pistons.

Please tell me you forgot to add the green font Zero?
Stay as far away from Rondo as possible. Worst shooting PG in the league.

Im all for trading Bledsoe but if we get rid of him only to bring in Rondo I will shoot myself. Rondo is average at best and is more Toxic to a team than the Morii..

I don't see McD going that direction. That team is probably not going to be much more then a lower seed at its max.

Re: Offseason Trade and Free Agency Discussion
You guys need to remember that Rondo was the original McD guy. And most likely the reason why he keeps drafting/acquiring Kentucky guards. I think his game would fit in better next to Knight because he more of a ball distributor. It would be a good situation for Rondo to be able to mentor Goodwin and Booker, and even Knight to a certain extent. Former All-Star and NBA champion, and would be the same age as Sap/Gay. Rondo is still only 29 and I think he can play at a high level again in the right situation.
Shooting is a concern, but Knight's shooting makes up for it... you also have 2 great shooters off the bench in Booker/Stauskus, and you can bring in Tucker and Kieff in for some additional shooting/floor spacing.

Only for Bledsoe.....nothing else. Especially after the draft.

I think it will eventually happen, they are going to try to play Rudy primarily at the 4 next year. I don't think that will work very well, Kings will lose, Cousins will get pissed, and they will have to make a move. McD is enamored with Gay and would have been a target in free agency if he had not signed the extension.
Best way to make Boogie happy would be to trade for Bled or Wall and we know Wall isn't going anywhere.

Might as well take the gamble. We really don't have anything to lose. I really don't like Porz, but Bledsoe isn't taking this team any where.

Cliff Alexander out of Kansas went undrafted after being predicted to go anywhere from the late 1st to the mid 2nd. He was rather underwhelming but the potential is there. I'd love for the Suns to bring him in to get a closer look.

McDonough deserves to be fired if he follows that plan. Bledsoe is worth more than Gay/Stauskas. Rondo is donezo. Dumping Mook for nothing is a waste; at least get a pick.

I would much rather stop trying to develop Archie into something he's not, and instead focus on turning him into the best shooting guard his skillset allows him to be.

Does Rondo even give a **** about basketball anymore? Him being linked to the Kings on a one year deal pretty much means he has checked out.
