I actually liked hillard,he seems like he genuinly wants to be here and iam sure a lack of hard work wont be the problem if it dosent stick.

He seems to be well aware of our history. Picking #3 puts a target on his back for the home fans...

And maybe, just maybe he picked that number to send a message to the fanbase?
