+1. Scottsdale hasn't been the same since Boris left, Gallo would fit into that role nicely.

Gallo wouldn't be bad

what is Amare's health situation? All else fails, two year deal, maybe a bit higher average for the two years, our training staff - still want the big prize though.

Amare off of the bench...for the right price, sure.

Sunday morning rosterbation. An unrealistic trade until Mo Bro's legal issues are resolved. New York also must strike out in free agency, and I really have no idea what West does in this scenario.

Three way - Indiana/Phoenix/New York

Pacers out - Hibbert, Turner, 2016 first
Pacers in - Mark/Marc/Tucker

Why? Markieff is a good replacement for David West. Pacers end up having a core locked down for years that can compete in the East right now.

Suns out - Mark/Marc, Tucker, Goodwin, 2016 first, Cle first
Suns in - Melo

Why? It's Melo. I know this board has a low opinion of him but he's a superstar. Bledsoe/Knight/Melo locked up for 4 years is a great core. Puts us on par with Houston/Memphis in the West.

Knicks out - Melo
Knicks in - Hibbert, Turner, Goodwin, IND 2016 1st, PHX 2016 1st, CLE 2016 1st

Why? The full rebuild. Expiring contracts, prospects, etc.

Suns end up looking like

Bledsoe/Mcneal
Knight/Booker/Bullock
Warren/
Melo/Leuer
Len/
+ ~10 mil in cap space after Knight signs.

Suns would not go anywhere with Melo. He has had so many injury problems and gotten more and more into isolation basketball later on in his career. He does not compare to the true superstars in the league. Not only does he not make anyone around him better, he makes them worse. Amare's career in NY basically died when they traded for Melo. All he is now is just a name. And he makes between 22-28 million dollars over the next four years. I would never want him on the Suns. All he cares about is money anyway. If he wanted to win, he would have left New York and signed with one of the other teams that recruited him like Chicago or Houston. He does not care about winning a championship.

If Suns wanted Kyrie Irving, they can get him. Would anyone trade Eric Bledsoe for Kyrie Irving? The Cavs will in the situation they're in, just wondering what you guys thought?

I would.

What do you mean by the Cavs situation? I havent read anyhing about this. And of course I would trade for him. Legit All-Star, dropping 50 point games and still young. Just tend to think that we would have to give up lot more than Bledsoe for him, which might be a bit steep price.

Cavs situation meaning Lebron opting out and waiting to see what the team does before he resigns. Getting Eric Bledsoe for Cleveland would please Lebron. Not saying Lebron and Kyrie are beefing or anything but if the Suns offered Bledsoe for Irving and asked Lebron what he thought, he would love it.

 I mean they have the same douchebag agent and probably have a bromance but come on Kyrie is in a different league than Bled!! Bron should realize that even he can't always play GM. Blatt might well be on his way out though because he commanded no respect from him.

Who wouldn't trade Bledsoe for Kyrie? Kyrie is almost 3 years younger, which is insane.

Hey maybe since David Griffin is from PHX and came up through the Suns organization he might do us a favor? :D

I can tell you if you like. It will be a bit like having Frye back but will likely cost you more. Also he's an even worse defender and rebounder. Mostly because he plays far from the basket but so does Bledsoe and he averages 5.1 rebounds a game. That's 1.4 rebounds a game more than the 6' 10" guy. Also, Gallo's shooting has been mediocre. He hasn't shot over 42% from the floor since his second year, and only 35% from 3 last year which would sadly make him our 2nd best. (We really shot the 3 poorly last year. It's a huge concern.) Lastly, he'd be a permanent fixture on the dirty in Scottsdale.

Saying Gallo's offensive game is similar to Frye's is like saying Josh Childress is the next Kevin Durant.

+1

Frye is limited to shooting open 3pt shots.

Gallinari is closer to Stojakovic in terms of he is a tall smooth shooter/jump shooter.

People here saying to play him at the "4" is for during small ball lineups. Just like how Warriors put Harrison Barnes as a "4" to spread out the defense.

I'd love to get Gallinari, he'd slide in as the starting SF and have Warren back him up. Granger and Stojakovic can play together and completely cause mismatches and open up the lanes.

Exactly. Kyrie is the better player, I think every GM in the NBA values him more than Bledsoe.

I would like to buy low on Embiid. I think Okafor/Noel is their FCOTF but need some offensive help. Possibly Markieff and Knight (if Knight would agree to it)...

Bledsoe/Goodwin
Green/Booker
TJ/PJ
Millsap/Wright
Len/Embiid

That's my rosterbation for the day.

If there's a fear among Spurs executives, it's that they won't have enough room left to retain Danny Green, who has attracted interest from the Mavs, Blazers and Pistons, sources said.

Then we find out he's never going to play in the NBA because his feet are permanently messed up lol

If Embiid peaks a rotational center (ala Oden) who can't beat out Len(he easily should if he even scratches his potential/partially recovers) then thats not worth it. Green as a starting SG is a major downgrade and Milsap won't leave ATL

Embiid could really be Bynum or Oden like, as in they play 40 games a season before sitting out.

Oden is probably healed by now, wouldnt mind trialling him out with 10 day contracts to see if he produces.

Embiid in the other hand, 76ers will ask for a lot of assets. Not worth it, unless the Suns get to examine him and approve it.. I would still approve even if they say he'll be out for another year. Atleast the Suns wont rush him back. But Suns medical check is critical.

I think Pacers is a good place to trade with regarding the Morris twins, if McD is indeed shopping them.
Future pick(s) or Turner would be my target.
