It seems like Luol Deng would be a great asset to the Lakers. A solid vet that will give you a lot. I think he would be a great help to the improving team

Nope, stays hurt and he's 30. It's about youth now and plus he's a winger, our emphasis is now in the front court. Deng makes absolutely no sense for the Lakers.

Any ex-Bull is a no-no. Thibs basically took off at least 3 years off of their careers.

Yeah Miami picked him up last season as some big pick up help for perimeter defense, only thing was he was hot garbage. He looked worn down, slow and a half a step behind on defense most nights. Plus the Thib years has affected his shooting. Only Bull I would take is Butler, young enough and he no longer has to worry about Thibs wearing him down.

Depends on the price. He's on the wrong side of 30 and always gets injured.

I think the OP is Deng's agent.

He has 6 posts, two being about Deng to the Lakers, and one of those two being from 2014.

Yes if we are talking the rest of the cap after a max deal and he will take something like the old mle Artest took but at 3 years. He's a guy of high character and his corner 3 ball was money last year. He also wasn't hurt away from Skiles. I think they could see him as a leader and starter which means Clarkson comes off the bench

Good thinking, after reading this I actually looked at his posts to see if there is a common denominator behind all the players he's posted about. Unfortunately Deng, Seraphin, Mo Williams and Ramon Sessions all have different agents and agencies so no dice.

would have to agree with this. even though i dont like him now, i did like him before during his time with the Bulls. after maxing out someone like deandre jordan, he wouldnt be a bad choice to offer the rest of the cap to for that 3 position.

Yea, I was being extreme in saying that. He's actually not as bad as some are making it seem since he's a starter worthy guy. I just wouldn't want to tie up cap money in him. If the market dictates he's worth the room exception, it'd certainly be worth going after him then.

The whole "Thibs ran them through the ground" comment is really made by the uninformed.

 lowkey i looked too. Unfortunately hoopshype is way more difficult to navigate the agents section after the upgrades and gave up.
