Using location as a a selling point is a bad strategy when you are talking about a hellhole like AZ.PHX isnt even a major city, the Valley is a sprawling landscape of gentrified suburbia and Scottsdale is the embodiment of generic upscale aritfice . There's a reason most of our athletes don't reside here even during season and obviously won't get a summer home here. Scottsdale is perfect for athletes...at least the Scottsdale I remember. And the weather during the season has to be a big plus...November to April? I mean, that's perfect. I can understand why people wouldn't have a permanent residence in Phx because it's not the best place from May to September, but that isn't the season.
