In my opinion Wade isn't accepting anything that averages anything less than the 16.4 he opted out of. Wade will get a 4 yr 75/80 mil deal

It will come down to what other teams offers him in package.

If we are giving him too low, rest assured he would only take less money on a contender.
It depends whats he getting offers from elsewhere.
