No way we're doing this on just a hunch right? There has to be some level of assurance.

Yeah well the Spurs traded Splitter on a hunch.

Can't complain anyway about this trade.

What about the trade exception people were talking about earlier that I didn't know we had from the goran trade I guess. Can that help with a sign and trade with Dallas? I'm not cap savvy or cba smart lol

I agree though that Kieff should net us SOMETHING. Not just cap space. He's way too good and too cheap.

McD will hold off on Kief trade unless he gets confirmation. Lining up the teams and signing off on deals. Need to be ready! :)

Agree on the S&T Kieff to Dallas w no assurance Aldridge signs

Giving away a good young player on a good deal is not smart.

We need to have a commitment from Aldridge that he's signing before we do that

Do we have to trade both Kieff AND Tucker?

Bledsoe
Knight
TJ/PJ
LMA/Keef
Chandler/Len

Best front court in the NBA.

And that defense doh!!!!! :o

I don't think its possible. Markieff or Tucker need to go to make the numbers work.

Yeah, Kieff/Tucker would be going to Dallas in the sign and trade for Chandler

"Roster depth".

A malcontent who with his brother have been boils on the collective ass of this team. An injury prone player who hasn't played well in several years and a bust who was a trade throw-in who got little run with the Suns anyways.

Oh woe is us.

The craziest thing I think about this offseason is the polarizing approaches. Some teams are actively THROWING money at players while other teams are actively hoarding old contracts. this is nuts

This trade I think we would have probably done anyway.
If we see Kieff and Tucker dealt before Aldridge commits, THEN I'd say we must have had confirmation.

If Suns trade Markieff, then LMA is coming here.

Even if we can sign Aldridge and keep Keef, I doubt Keef would want to play for us considering the fact his brother got traded and his minutes will probably get cut. With Aldridge, Chandler and Len, I don't see Keef playing more than 20 minutes when all are healthy.

Get rid of him. Trade him somewhere where he will hate it.

We can sign Amare for the min.
