I like it actually, he gets his max deal and we still maintain flexibility going forward. This year, we won't need the space anyways, but in the upcoming season the story could be different and given that he's making 20 million now, we could maybe bank on him giving us more flexibility depending on what our plan is.

Couldnt Wade have taken 23mil? Can someone confirm, when I heard he wanted the max I thought we would give him 23mil. I wouldnt have minded it for a year
