well, matching any offer is the power Orlando has, when they broke off negotiations last year.

signing the QO is the only power Harris has.

hopefully it doesnt come to this. I would like Harris here, but if he isnt, i would hope we can get some asset for him

I don't trust Michael Scott. He said Harris hated Skiles, Kyler refuted it due to a conversation he had with Harris.

Quick, someone tweet Kyler and ask him about Scotto's rumor...

Nope. If he wants out he has to sign the QO and play it out.
Any offer sheet has to be at least 2 years with no options (meaning the first 2 years are guaranteed, you can start having options after that).

If the Magic gave him the maximum QO, which they didn't, it would be 3 years without options.
