If only there was a guy out there who was a good teammate and was getting better every year. Maybe someone who was a hard worker and filled his role well. Man if only that player existed.

Re: The Bismack Biyombo Thread II
We really do tank the value of all our players. Playing a scrub like Maxiell over Biz and Vonleh gives the impression those guys are worthless, when in reality both of them easily outperform Max anytime they see the floor. In Biz's case when he was in the starting lineup having a chance to consistently impact games he looked good.
It happens all the time on teams with bad coaching and bad player development. Shumpert and JR Smith had their value severely depressed as role players on a bad Knicks team. They got traded to Cleveland and just like that Shump gets $10m a year and JR is a relatively valuable streak shooter again.

If it is between a Maxiell level player and him I hope they choose him.

You'll get Robert Sacre and you'll like it. Vet savvy for days. Dude earns his minutes in this league like a pro's pro.

Since we seem to have a thing for white bigs now we could give Jeff Withey a shot. Nola rescinded his QO to pay Asik and Ajinja so he's unrestricted and still only 24. He isn't much of a rebounder but he's decently skilled and a good rim protector.

This is how I know our FO is just complete garbage. It taints all of our players. We had to tie Hendo to Vonleh (didn't want Zeller) to get rid of him, take back Hawes for Lance and now Biyombo's value is so low he's going to end up playing for a contract on someone's summer league team. Hell, the only reason Vonleh had any value is because he didn't hardly play at all.
Vonleh, Zeller, Biz (and MKG) all have something in common other than their raw athleticism.

I don't think anyone was saying that we should offer Biz a 9 million dollar a year deal. People thought it was possible someone would offer him that.

Other than maybe Biz they all have in common that they were and still are the correct pick for our team at those spots.

The fact that they played for the biggest idiot coach in the league who doesn't know how to develop talent nor does he know how to coach. Those guys along with drafting Winslow could have turned into a solid young core with a real coach and a patient front office

Re: The Bismack Biyombo Thread II
Lol. It would be our luck that Biyombo goes to Portland, and him and Vonleh tear the league up.
Not likely to happen, but it'd be humerous

Over half the league has use for Biz. I'm hoping against hope that the point of not extending a QO is so that we can sign him to a tiny deal worth less than the QO.
investigate Adam Silver

Did Charlotte pass on Tobias Harris (re-upped with Orlando 4yr 64 million) to choose Biz?
