Makes Monroe contract look really good... Much rather have Monroe for $2-3 mil more a year then ROLO.

R Lopez, C Aldrich
Porzingis, Acy
Carmello, Early
Affalo
Caulderon

+ no first rounder next year..

I would think a Carmello trade in the next 1.5 years is almost certain.

Even Henson or Monroe can play PF when you play against Noah and Gasol.

Bucks don't need a 4, Parker and Giannis both cab play the 4 spot, plus inglis will force himself on the floor from what I have heard. The beomêx need a wing who can shoot the three and help with spacing.

I agree. Get a SG or SF that can come off the bench and shoot a good percentage of threes.

it needs to be a big that can shoot.... not a wing. we sucked from outside last year AND just lost both our stretch 4's. we don't have a big on this roster worth a damn beyond the ft line. hell... we don't have a starter or bench guy penciled in at 3/4/5 that's worth a damn from deep.

They should trade Carmello to LA. That might allow both of them to save face with this off season.

I would consider Parker to be our stretch 4. Even though he's better in the paint and right now isn't a huge 3 point threat, but he will still stretch the defense out with his ability to create for himself.

I'm probably in the minority not only here but also with Knicks fans, but I kind of like that Knicks squad other than Carmelo. It all depends on whether or not porzingis can play any baskeball at all. It's an improvement over last year a least.

You have to be able to shoot and shoot well to stretch the defense or they simply lay off of you

Parker was a good shooter at Duke and was pretty good midrange last year before getting injured. I think Kidd told him not to shoot 3's but I definitely think he has the ability to become a top notch 3 point shooter for a PF.

Parker wasn't a good shooter at any point. But, he has a lot more potential to be a shooter than Giannis. I was convinced Parker was a 4 before the season, but --after watching him pre-injury -- I strongly believe he's best at 3.

I don't see any reason why not to expect Jabari to improve his shooting

Andrew Goudelock is probably the best pure shooter left in free agency. A little redundant on our roster unless we plan to give Mayo extended minutes at the three. Crazy range. Definitely going to be a double digit scorer. Someone's going to get a gem.

I can't wait to see pics of him. Sounds like he's completely ripped.

Doubt that, but he's probably looking lean for him. His body type seems like it won't ever look "ripped."

Clips will get a TPE out of it. Try to make up for it elsewhere. But its a BIG HIT. I can't believe his complaint was that LAC were too old when he is going to play next to a decrepit Dirk and a guy coming back from achilles. And no PG makes much of his offense vanish. He was going to be one of my two keepers in fantasy. I think this is a really bad move for him professionally, though it appears all the stories about the Clippers locker room are valid.
