JordanMars, I swear to god man be right.
They say an analytics man doesn't have a heart, but I ran the numbers and nothing can be further from the truth - Sam Hinkie probably

Jordan if youy're right man this will end up being the most exciting season since 2000-01. The rotation of Embiid - Noel - Okafor every night will be something to watch my goodness.

Jon Johnson from 94 WIP saying that the word around PECOM is that Embiid's bone has stopped healing and it's not going to get any better, so the Sixers are trying to decide whether or not to let him play through it and see how it holds up or get an additional surgery to try to correct it. Said we should have an update within the next week and possibly even today.

He did not say he was told this from anyone from the Sixers directly or from any doctors. Just some buzz, so this is not confirmed or anything by anyone.

This honestly sounds the most plausible given what little information we know. Pretty big decision to make, so it makes sense that they're taking their time with it. I'm no doctor, but I personally feel that if this is the case then he should undergo another surgery. Resolve the issue completely so he can have a long and healthy career.

That is what I initially thought was the case but it doesn't really jive with what Hinkie said. Hinkie said that the last MRI looked different. If the bone stopped healing, wouldn't it just look the same as the last MRI? Either way, that would be a disappointing outcome especially for my heart, which will miss a number of beats every time Jojo hit the floor.

This Jon Johnson update isnt groundbreaking didnt we already know the bone stopped healing. For the past 2weeks Embiid has been seeing doctors because the 76ers arent sure if he needs surgery or not. He has no updates from doctors so this report is just stating the obvious and we all know the there arent any leaks coming from managment so nobody knows anything

Whether or not Johnson's report is true, this might spike the 6ers to make a release statement sooner rather than later to stop rumors from spreading.

So brace your nut sacks everyone.

Embiid's shoulders are 4 - 5 inches above Okafor's. I want to see Joel play as much as anyone but if he needs another full year to get completely right, so be it. He's definitely worth the wait!
“This may be one of the best jobs in basketball right now,” Colangelo said at a press conference introducing him as the new GM of the 76ers after Sam Hinkie resigned.

JordanMars? Your thoughts? If this is the case then this makes what you said completely wrong. This is not good news if true. And if this is the case I personally blame YOU!

"Just some buzz" translates to "pure speculation by people who don't actually know".

My gosh he a freaking physical specimen, like he was made in a lab.

If he gets healthy we are going to start pile driving teams sooner then later.
