So this is the superstar that Knicks gets. Damn, Melo-RoLo duo seems scary. It's just unfair to the rest of the league

DCousins, and Rajon Rondo coached by George Karl. Yes, that will end well.

I think it is awesome that so many people have an irrational over the top love for Lou. He did have energy though. Welcome to the board!

But he has short arms. Screw him. He was high on my list early, but not so high the more I thought about it. Glad we got who we did though given who was available.

Underrated pick up getting Hibbo. You want a strong defensive presence next to Julius Randle.

OKC offering Kanter more money than they offered Harden.

I grew up in Wisconsin so still root for the badgers so maybe am a little biased but I think frank has a long and successful NBA career. He has such a good feel for the game. When he gets the ball on the high post good things happen.

Now with that said I wasn't in favor of trading up to get him. The cost to move up was crazy high and his ceiling is limited because of his lack of elite athleticism. But I'd be truly shocked if he and dekker weren't successful rotation players.

I loved the booker pick and think he could be good because guys who can shoot have a place in the league but he's not the sure thing either of the Wisconsin guys are.

If Joe Johnson goes to the Cavs and they wind up winning it all, that would make Barbosa, Marion, Diaw, and JJ having won it all from the old run and gun teams.

No, but we did dump him along with two firsts (one becoming Ibaka) in the trade to allow them to trade him to SA for more assets and help SA beat us in the playoffs. That was AWESOME.

I know, they got three first round picks out of KT. I'm glad those day are over. You forgot to mention that Kerr made that trade, and he just picked up another ring. :(

Silver lining is none of those players won a chip with the team we traded them to. :D

Well no GM would make such a trade without an owner mandate.

It's funny, a lot of the Pistons fans were upset about taking Stanley over Winslow, but they have all become extremely excited about Stanley after two summer league games.

But Kerr negotiated it. Kerr was horrible at negotiating. He had a good eye for talent, and a good idea of what should be done on the floor. Bottom line, he is more built for coaching that for the GM or President positionn.
