So the Jays face Sale in Game 1 and have Road Hutch and Dickey in games 3/4...I'll take a split at this point based on those match ups.

Can someone actually explain this account? I followed the whole original thread, but I'm still very confused by the whole thing. Is it just Schad posting as Farell4Eva? I also can't see any of its posts. I want it to be banned of course, but I need to know what it actually is first lol.

I think (hope) that road Hutch does okay and the Jays bust Danks for mucho runs and Dickey gets a solid outing.

I'll need to check Dickeys starts this year, but it seems like he either does well or totally **** the bed.

Dickey's been decent at home but garbage on the road and has gotten very little run support in general overall.

Last year it was suggested that we needed someone that we could sacrifice to the gods, so I asked Howard if he would create an account for us to serve that purpose. He agreed, and then I forgot about it for a time; I asked a couple weeks back if he'd still be so willing, and instead he authorized me to go ahead and create an account.

The plan was to sacrifice him regularly (they only last 12 hours now), but I've been around pretty irregularly and in that time we've started sucking again. Thus, the thread has itself been sacrificed.

Pompey and Norris are the clear top 2, after that you can make a case for a lot of guys. I'm personally skeptical of Hoffman based on the stats. I'd go with Sean Reid-Foley at 3, he's having a pretty impressive season age 19 season despite the ridiculous walk rate. You can live with walks in the lower levels when you're missing that many bats. And then Alford and Tellez to round out the top 5.

No I get all that. What I don't get is who is posting (im assuming you are) and why I can never see its posts unless someone quotes it.

Because people aren't actually quoting the account. You can use quote tags to create just about anything you would like. To wit:

Jose and Martin both made the all star team.
9. Similarly, IF THOU HAST SPENT the entire offseason predicting that thy team will stink, thou shalt not gloat, nor even be happy, shouldst thou turn out to be correct. Realistic analysis is fine, but be a fan first, a smug smarty-pants second.

I mentioned it in the prospect thread, but it sure is nice to have a good selection of positional guys in the top 10. Dunedin is a really fun team to follow right now with Tellez, Alford, Max Pentecost, Richard Urena, and Emilio Guerrero. Not to mention the pitching side which includes Hoffman, Reid-Foley, Jairo Labourt, Matt Smoral and Alberto Tirado.

“We could have gone forever. (Raptors management) kept knocking on the door and I was like, ‘A couple more minutes.’ Because we were really into it."

Sounds about right. The only other guy who might have been deserving if he hadn't gotten injured was Travis.

True, the spotlight has shifted from Lansing but Pentacost hasn't swung a bat in a game yet and Smoral is an adventure, hardly pitches and not more than an inning. I'm not sure Urena is ready for this level either.
