Ahh the ESPN boards. Does anyone still post there? I used to with the username Dank_king back in the early 2000's before the boards were over run with trolls.

And no, those forums are gone...they elimated forums there other than a fantasy football one, which you have to search for big time.

Speaking of which, when did phxsuns.net go down? ...that was a pretty solid site back in the days.

Ahh the good old ESPN boards.

Shout out to GMATCallahan, one of the most knowledgeable Suns fans I've ever interacted with. He actually posted here a few times. Dude's knowledge was encyclopedic. Old-timer, if there's any chance you're still around these parts, we'd love to hear from you again.

I was wondering that forever and recently discovered it's back, as phx-suns.net . Not sure how long it's been back up. Looks lightly trafficked these days but I recognize some of the regular posters from before.

He posted fairly recently in the thread about 5 favorite nba players viewtopic.php?f=27&t=1386905&start=20#start_here

I agree he is really knowledgeable, particularly about the past and history of the Suns.

I always liked GMAT on the ESPN board. He backed his comments up with facts, and rarely ever took things personally. He just stuck with the facts.

He also made a guest appearance in the KJ in HOF thread.

Time for an update!

TASTIC for calling the Teletovic signing quite a while back, as he demonstrated with copies of his old posts (or at least hoping we signed him).

J-Train had the post of the week. viewtopic.php?f=27&p=44296441#p44296441

Los Soles, continuing the solid, researched posts.

Gaspar for always having informative posts.

Great new posters in plonden and Dr Funke, with some great posts (most every new poster has been solid).

A surprise return from Terrence Williams.

Anyone who continues the years long vigil advocating for TWill to earn his rightful place at the heart of the Suns franchise deserves poster of the week.

Just sayin.

Hey, I almost gave you the award for best avatar. Perhaps if all of us put hot girls in our avatar we could post on the general board, trade board and player comparison board and people would likely be MUCH nicer to us and decide Suns fans are not so unreasonable.

That was a great one too, but the more recent one was more memorable, likely due to it being more recent.
