Given the fact that the Suns struck out on LMA, they might prefer to give him back if Chandler. The problem is that Dallas would probably prefer to full on tank. One day a team will back out and then all hell will break lose.

these teams are fighting for the playoffs and a chance at a championship. Whoever doesn't sign him is likely in the lottery next year.

If Jordan does this, he'll be blackballed from the other 29 teams. It would be an awful way to do business.

I'd say the Clippers have burned bridges with ever doing business with Dallas again. And if Jordan does the unexpected and goes back to the Clippers Dan Fegan will have burned bridges with an organization that has been extraordinarily good to his clients.

I have held my tongue despite tons of bitter Clipper fans trashing Jordan--I will laugh forever if he comes back and he's once again talked about as a good player.

I also held my tongue when those same bitter fans were ripping the Mavs. I hope I still can after this, but I might have to self-ban myself for protection.

Free agency is no different than recruiting. You go hard until the paper work is signed. Some of the best pulls have happened at the last minute. You want a staff and team to go hard and put in 100% effort until the final end

Being that Dan Fegan also represents Dwight, it wouldn't surprise me if he is the person pushing DeAndre to return to the Clippers. He did the same thing with Dwight and the Nets situation, and also with Dwight and the Lakers.

Dan wants his 3% out of the clippers' $110M and not out of the Mavs' $80M.

Really though, how can anyone say the Clippers did wrong? Jordan's the weak-minded sissy here. Though the Clippers need him to resign, he's not putting them over the top of a healthy Spurs, Thunder, or Warriors team.
