Why? He's just saying that they got the job done and now he's going home to sleep. What's childish about that?

Using emojis like my 7th grade daughter is childish as hell. That goes for everyone else who used them today for that matter.

It's not like either team is going to win the championship or even make it past the 1st rd with Deandre Jordan.

There is no way to spin this as anyone but Jordan's fault. He agreed to join them. He changed his mind. On what planet do you blame the promisee when someone welches?

When he didn't sign on the dotted line yet. Don't be sore. Cuban would have done it to any other team in the league if he could have.

Warrior fan. Only sore from celebrating

How DJ did this is the problem. If he owns HIS mistake, he gets far less backlash. But he didnt. And somehow this is someone else's fault that he handled this so poorly? Lol thats just baffling to me.

The real problem is social media. We shouldn't be this far up anyone's ass. 20 years ago this might show up as a 100 word byline in the sports section the next day and we would barely notice. Humans will be humans and make mistakes. This kind of mistake (waffling and handling an awkward situation poorly) certainly isn't even close to a big mistake in the scheme of things.

No way they beat Cleveland but they can get to the ECF. Bulls and Atlanta would be 50-50 with LAC.

Well....who cares. DJ would have exposed in Dallas so it's a good choice by him. Of course he went all about it wrong. Essentially he was crying and wanted attention and he got it.

I was thinking the same thing, Clippers just saved their perennial 2nd round exit.

Super for them

What did the Rockets do with their WCF birth ? Get embarassed that's what. Clips were mentally weak for choking vs you guys I'll say that much but with another year together, plus with the guys they added saying the Clips aren't a contender is blasphemous. Seeding/matchups in the West can always throw things off too. Clips have a legit shot at the WCF if they can learn from their mistakes.

They didn't get embarrassed... they were crippled by injuries and played an unbelievably healthy warriors competitively.

The Rockets played the Clips in a 7 game series and won 4 games... We won and played in the WCF.... playing in the WCF is a hell of an accomplishment, especially when most of Realgm/media had the Rockets missing the playoffs or only making it at as the 7th or 8th seed.. Clippers haven't been able to make a WCF with several opportunities with the core they have. The Rockets have only had their core 2 seasons.

feel bad for mav fans, clippers organization made a bold move here. they kept DJ. but they will probably never gain another client from Fegan (who is a bigtime agent).

Another year of people overrating the clippers until they get eliminated in the first or second round. This has happened 3 years in a row now. The clippers are basiclly the Bulls of the west, except with less legitimate excuses

He's not looking out for the best interests of his client. Deandre should clearly stay with LAC. Better team, better chance of getting that championship. Shame on Fegan for putting his client's interests beneath his friendship with Cuban. Dude should be fired before Deandre's next hand of poker with Blake and Chris.

Lol wut?

So Fegan forced DJ to sign with Dallas.. After Jordan met with them, had dinner with them, and came to a handshake agreement. That's.. just unbelievable that its the agent's fault that the guy changed his mind

The agent is there to get the client money. The client chooses his location. I cant believe people buy the big bad agent forcing poor DeAndre to a team he didnt want to go to. I'm sure Fegan wanted less money, and thats why he pushed DJ to Dallas.

DeAndre is grown a55 man, people copping pleas, like he is a little kid or something.

See this is where all of you have gone wrong. Deandre is very very far from a grown a-fifty five man. He's been rich and coddled his entire adult life and he needs people to decisively tell him what he wants and what's good for him. He's never had to make a life-changing decision beyond gator skin or snake skin. He got drafted, then he signed a deal everyone knew LAC would match, then he had a choice that his buddy Chandler helped him make, but then his other buddy Blake helped him remake and now Chandler can't find him to help him re-remake.

Is the injured HOU team that LAC lost to much better than CHI/ATL?

Jordan is scum but man did cuban deserve it. Wasn't he one of the ones calling stern complaining about Paul in that vetoed trade.

Basketball reasons Cuban.

Fegan and Cuban were so close to pulling a fast one, so close

I don't believe that crap for a second. That's damage control from DJ & the Clippers. Is Fegan also responsible for DJ not even giving Cuban the courtesy of a call? If Fegan, and not DJ was responsible for DJ's indecisiveness, why didn't the Clippers trust DJ to be left alone until the contract was signed?

Whatever, the Mavericks aren't going to be dealing with the Clippers anytime soon. As soon as Fegan gets paid, he's going to be done with DJ. He reps Austin Rivers right now. We'll see how long that continues. I think people who are talking themselves into the no big deal angle are deluding themselves.

Well, why should DJ call Cuban if he used high pressure tactics and turned his own agent against him. I'm sure most people in the league see this for what it really is: Cuban and Fegan doin business as usual and finally karma catching up.

Not reading through a thousand posts. But this is the reason why negroes shouldn't be able to handle that much money. It messes up their minds. Just fill your gas tanks enough to where you're going and shut your purse. Sterling was right.
