Go.
Comments to rationalize bad contracts -
1) It's less than the MLE
2) He can be traded later
3) It's only __% of the cap
4) The cap is going up
5) It's only __ years
6) He's a good mentor/locker room guy

Payne doesn't play with Anthony Davis...

who the hell is Los Angeles Lakers' Randolph? maybe the unproven Randle...

Tyreke Evans will turn 26 before the season starts, Jrue Holiday is damaged good.

I don't trade Drummond for any of them except Anthony Davis.

of course there are some combinations better than Pistons' trio.

I think the point is they'd take AD alone.

I'd trade for AD even if the filler was Toney Douglas and Norris Cole, so they are irrelevant.

Easily Davis, it's pretty much a no brainer which I think anyone on this forum can agree with.

Otherwise Minnesota looks good with KAT, Wiggins, and Lavine.

KAT Wiggins Rubio is the only fair trade.

AD of course but that' not a trio.

Gobert/Hayward/Exum... jury is still out on Exum's offense. Nice group, wouldn't trade for though.

Parker Middleton Giannis Monroe is nice but wouldn't trade for 3 of them. They will be competitive though.

^^^ and those are the ones with young top 10 potential centers .

Sacramento is a running train wreck.

Arron Gordon/Hezonja/Oladipo is a discussion... especially if AG keeps playing like Summer league.

Klay Draymond Harrison wouldn't trade for at all. Throw Steph in the discussion, maybe, but he's over 25.

Wall Beal Porter - nice, they'll compete but wouldn't trade for them.

That's VERY good especially when you consider KCP or Quincy Miller's talent rounding out the top 5. That's why I'm confident SVG is building a contender. There's only 4/5 other YOUNG cores on stable well coached organizations that can get with us. Get ready for a new era of Detroit Basketball.
You need 2-way wings, 2-way shooting bigs, and you can't allow low iq players on the court. Assist/turnover ratio is crucial. Shooting point guards are icing on the cake IF they are plus defenders.
Weaver & Casey, govern yourselves accordingly!

I don't think we should consider Quincy Miller part of our core. Is a shot in the dark and a nice try, though.

Minn with KAT, Wiggins, Levine is the only no brainer. Obviously you can say anyone + Anthony Davis, but that wasn't the question. Milwaukee is the only other one I would consider, but don't think I'd pull the trigger.

Eh, I'm fine the the premise of the Pelicans signing 2 D-Leaguers in their early 20s and packaging them along with Davis for our 3 guys.

Not sure who else besides Towns/Wiggins/Levine is a no brainer.

There are some others I'd be on the fence about, the Bucks, Warriors and a few other teams could put together some very tempting packages. I like our guys, but they aren't exceptional. There are plenty of teams with comparable or better young talent.

I cant think of any team with three players under 25 as promising as these three, so no trade for me.

I like Anthony Davis, obviously, but I really like our 3 guys more than any other teams top 3 young guys. I like the youth, the fit, the attitude, etc. I wouldn't trade them. We are building something wonderful.

This to a degree (iffy on some of them due to injuries/ unproven players/ only one player i'd want).

Btw, you forgot Mario for Orlando
