Switch Booker and Goodwin!

Man, not bad........

Booker will not likely see daylight on the court this season and will really struggle to crack the rotation with the number of wings crowding the depth chart. This is Archie's prove it or move it year where he needs to showcase himself so that we can assess our future at SG regarding whether BKnight makes a smooth transition and the impending arrival of Bogdan.

Have to wonder if the Suns are gonna run Goodwin at PG. Hope he worked on his ball handling and three point shooting this summer.

One of Bledsoe and Knight should be at the court all the time. If them both are healthy I don;t see the need for another pg.

she said that when you google 'mirza teletovic' the second autofill is 'mirza teletovic hair.'

FYI.

Bet he goes for the Steve Nash buzz cut once he gets to Phoenix and experiences the wonderful summers.

Love the Teletovic signing. Fun with lineups...

Bledsoe/Knight/Tucker/Keef/Chandler starting: seems decent all around. Spacing should be alright with Knight and Tucker as shooters, Keef in the midrange, Bledsoe slashing, Chandler cleaning up. Also Keef can spread it a bit so one of the PGs and Chandler can P&R. Backcourt is small but should be a pretty good defensive lineup overall.

Bledsoe/Knight/Warren/Mirza/Len: similar to above but with Warren cutting and Mirza spotting up in place of Tucker and Keef.

Knight/Booker/Tucker/Mirza/Chandler: our four best shooters and biggest post player for a 4-out lineup.

Bledsoe/Goodwin/Tucker/Len/Chandler: offensive spacing isn't good but awesome athleticism and defense should create some easy buckets off of turnovers.

Price/Booker/Weems/Warren/Len: smallballgarbagetimebenchmob!

Knight/Goodwin/Tucker/Mirza/Len: spread the floor and clear out for Goodwin to go nuts.

Except neither Knight or Bledsoe has played a full 82-game season

While I would still prefer to just double down on rebuilding and play most of the young guys, the Suns are making it clear with their moves they'd like to make the playoffs this year...and I'm at least really happy with all the signings if we're going that route. Mirza and Tyson are both really excellent, and I'll enjoy watching them immensely (in addition to Len and Warren). Given how awful next year's draft is shaping up to be outside of the top couple of recruits, ain't even mad about trying to get the 18th pick instead of the 13th.

In the presser today Chandler said the first step is getting to the playoffs. GSW didn't go from lottery picks to championship in one season.

That feeling when your favorite player signs for your favorite team.

Priceless.

Yup in retrospect that BKnight trade seems to have been a worthy gamble. The Lakers will likely be cellar dwellers and receive a Top 3 lotto pick which won't be conveyed to us due to protection and really there is only three legit prospects in the draft class with no consensus #1 even in a historically weak draft class and they are all SFs so its neither top heavy nor deep. Ben Simmons could very well be dethroned by Jaylen Brfown or Brandon Ingram and high school recruiting rankins mean jack. (Look at the Harrison twins). Labissiere has a long way to go and has bust written all over him. We would have to gut this roster and blow it up over a single offseason to get out of our rut anyways so might as well make just the right moves to remain in playoff contention

I like the signings the Suns have made this summer. We have a good shot at the playoffs this year which I would prefer over picking 13th again.

The draft is literally a year away. Bit early to make that claim

We don't have our superstar/Steph Curry player. Not even a Klay Thompson player.

The Dubs actually knew how to rebuild through the draft and stuck with their youngins through the thick and thin. But hey if you can't beat 'em join 'em. Right Kerr?

Hmmm ... so Curry was deemed a superstar when he was drafted? No he was in the league for four years before he even made an all-star team (on his fifth year when he was 25. Not even considered a superstar until this year at 26.
