"Ich habe im Urlaub mit Bastian Schweinsteiger telefoniert. Wir werden uns treffen, wenn er wieder da ist. Ich mache keinen Hehl daraus, dass ich in diesem Gespräch herausgehört habe, dass er geschmeichelt ist vom Interesse aus England", sagte Rummenigge.

Ballack did the same thing, and similar age. He ended up having 4 great seasons for Chelsea.

If Schweinsteiger wants to be remembered as a 'great' around the world like Gerrard, Xavi or Pirlo, then he should move to Manchester United.

Sevilla have reportedly struck a deal with Borussia Dortmund for Ciro Immobile worth €12m.
According to Sky Sport Italia, just the final details need to be worked out for the transfer to go through.

Everton apparently offered 8 million for Ospina. Arsenal would be dumb not to take that. Got him for 4 million, started 18 gams and allowed only 8 goals, and sell him for 8? That's Porto kinda business right there.

Why do ManCity keep buying mediocre players?

Fabian Delph? Really? They havent signed a good player since Aguero 4 years ago.

Mangala, Fernando, Bony, Delph aint gonna cut it against Barcelona in the CL.

You can probably add Sterling to that soon.

Sterling is a good player, dont you think?

He is at his best when he playing as a #10, like he did in the 2013-14 right behind Suarez and Sturridge. Rodgers used him as a wing back/right winger last season. I have no idea why.

He was also England's best player at the WC.

He is a better than Bale was when he was at his age. He just needs to improve his finishing.

Sterling is no more deserving of being excluded from that list than Mangala.

Wow, Bayern's midfield is looking weak.

Martinez played 3 games last year. Alonso is 34. Thiago has barely played in the last two years. Take the two best fullbacks in the world and play them in CM? Wtf?

Pep is wrecking that team. Selling Kroos in retrospect looks even dumber.

Or Francesco Totti. I am certain they were after Gerrard as well at one point.

Btw Kroos only moved because he wanted more money. He would've signed for ManUtd if it wasnt for Van Gaal who he dislikes.
