Who Do We Cut (with Vote)
We have 18 AT THE MOMENT and have to cut it down to 15. Who for you gets trade, cut or sent over-seas? I'm not going to include any of our starting 5 or def keepers cause certain guys are not going anywhere.
Def Keepers:
wade - goran - bosh - whiteside - deng - justise - UD - Amare - GGreen

Re: Who Do We Cut (with Vote)
Walker is a no brainer to easily not guarantee his contract
Ennis we all love but... unguaranteed contract, may appeal to be traded or easily cut
Rio can be traded... Rockets need a back up PG and not Prigioni or whatever.
Shabazz is young, still has potential but his name is known all over and may be easier to trade.
Those are my candidates. Birdman looks like an easy target but I think we need him now.
Ennis we all love but... unguaranteed contract, may appeal to be traded or easily cut

No need for Birdman with Amare in the fold. Would probably be best if we could get a younger option behind Amare. I highly doubt we salary dump McBob so all signs are pointing to Birdman on the outs. As I noted earlier, the Rockets could really use both Birdman and Chalmers. Papanik, Prigioni, and Dorsey for Birdman and Chalmers. Release Papanik and Prigioni to free up two roster spots. Keep Dorsey as insurance behind Amare.

Maybe it's just me, but don't understand why THIS TEAM cannot use a two-time NCAA Champion in Napier.

Two time NCAA champion means nothing in the NBA. If he can play, great. If not, none of his past accomplishments keep him on this roster. Fact of the matter is though, I don't see him getting cut. I see Miami finding a taker for Birdman, cutting Walker, and perhaps staging Richardson overseas for a year.

Re: Who Do We Cut (with Vote)
Why the hell do more people want to cut Rio than Zoran… That makes no sense you're not paying the tax
Nepotism is a bad practice I do not approve.
Rio>>>>>> Zoran, Napier, Ennis, Walker, TJ, J. Rich.
Though TJ could surpass him.

The only team it means anything to is UCONN. No one else cares. It shouldn't mean anything to anyone in the pros...

Still Rio is better than a lot of people on that list. I'm convinced that people want change just for the hell of it. J.Rich, Napier, and TJ have not proven to be better than Rio yet.
Come playoff time I'd rather have Rio backing up Goran than Napier or TJ tbh.

Re: Who Do We Cut (with Vote)
It's absurd to give up on Shabazz. Billiam has no business being on this team. So cut walker. And Riley will figure out something to do with Rio and Bird. Neither should be on this team after last year. Riley will get something for them. There's likely still an interesting move up his sleeve.

Cutting walker is a no brainer. I'd also go with giving the axe to Chalmers if we could get something for him... later in the season.

Probably trading Rio, Birdman, and Ennis together for like a second round pick or something I think. And then Walker or Richardson get cut depending on how they perform in camp.

It's an intrinsic quality to be a champion on any level. There's a certain quality, a drive that champions posess. I think Shabazz has that. When he was playing with confidence he would make smart plays and passes that would cut an 8 point defecit to nothing. He was annexed because he's a loudmouth, entitled punk... if he gets that nonsense out of his system he will be great for our team because he's is a playmaker. We have plenty scorers now and with him and mcbob off the bench, we'd have a uniquely dynamic 2nd unit.
Tl;dr: Go HEAT!

i agree and I hate it...
people forget rio was hitting clutch floaters over ibaka 2 years ago. 2 bad years because he was out of position and asked to do things he wasn't capable of.
As the 9th man off the bench he's dangerous in my eyes. Think about the 9th man off the bench for the bulls or cavs.

Re: Who Do We Cut (with Vote)
Rio has more votes than Shabazz? SMH. I hope those votes were for cap reasons. I prefer his length, and hope he can regain his shooting.
