He does, but I'm more than happy with Rondo and Collison. Plus, Mudiay didn't want to be here.

I still think he busts, not in a out of the league way however, just nothing special.

Maybe ask the Lakers over there with Russel.

Nah, Russell just sucks.

Bottom line the Kings passed up major potential in any and all of Johnson, Mudiay, and Winslow. Two of those guys would have fit, Mudiay still doesn't. We'll have to see if Rondo will work in his own right but he still approaches the game differently than either Mudiay or Lawson, the two other potential PG's we'll say. Rondo is like Miller was last year, and yes, Mudiay is more like Tyreke. Rondo and Miller are always looking for the pass, Lawson and Evans are looking to score first and create a pass if they can't get a hoop. That's not the approach you want at all when you are building around a franchise big man like Cuz.

Winslow didn't want to be here

Mudiay refused to play for all non top 5. If he took this game personal as others have said it means he didn't have a prob with the possibility

The fact that Malone took up PDA's version of events since joining Denver doesn't ingratiate to him, but he has an interesting team to work with

Meaning he wouldn't have had a problem being here. Always liked Manny, and if he turns out to be one of the best prospects in this draft and leaves WCS in his wake, the drafting woes that we are famous for continued

What message are we suppose to take from him stonewalling us twice pre-draft (at the combine and in visits). He can say that now that nothing can change it and he just happens to be in an org with a key front office member and the head coach with an axe to grind regardless of what they say publicly. Just making the news cycle and throwing stones for his bosses IMO.

:(

George Karl you better be on the same page with Cousins! I heard Karl sat on the opposite side of the court in the stands behind the Sacramento bench while Cousins was sitting with Vlade, Bratz & Peja courtside. :banghead:

I have a feeling Vlade, Cousins, Bratz, Peja, Karl and Iske all had dinner before heading back to Sactown for the Free Agent physicals and announcements. A kind of first clear the air event with Vlade setting the tone for the season ahead.

I take zero from him choosing not to work out here if his policy was to not work out for ALL non top 5 teams

Quite different from Winslow who purposely avoided Sac and worked out for teams 4,5,7,8

I like what I see from WCS .. His skillset is amazing on Defense. Just wait until he starts playing with the big boys and isn't expected to carry a SL team. I'm excited.

But Vlade does. He doesn't know you and you think you're too good to workout here then we don't want you. WCS is gonna be a killa on the defensive end and is getting comfortable with his offensive game. Its way too early for predictions of who is gonna be better. even after the first SEASON is too early.

@billherenda: WCS of #Kings in top 10 here, 6th actually which matches his selection in #NBADraft https://twitter.com/SynergySST/status/620666161479315456

WCS doing what he did at Kentucky.

If I'm interpreting those numbers right, Willie is scoring as efficiently as Frank Kaminsky. Nice surprise and even nicer considering that his teammates have been horrible passers.

Just look at the lob thrown way too low and behind him at the beginning of this clip. :nonono:

How do you throw a lob and the ball goes under the rim?
