JASON PIERRE-PAUL HAS FINGER AMPUTATED
Medical records show the Giants DE had his right index finger amputated this afternoon, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. One source told Schefter that Pierre-Paul is still expected to play this season. Pierre-Paul suffered injuries to both hands in a fireworks accident last weekend in South Florida, sources told ESPN on Sunday.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers cornerback C.J. Wilson lost two fingers in a fireworks accident last weekend, his father told a Charlotte television station.
Curtis Wilson Sr., appearing on Charlotte's WBTV, said the fireworks did not pop out of the canister when they exploded.

i think pass rusher could survive without a finger, cornerback on the other hand can look forward to bagging groceries rest of his life.
