So another PG, guess that means either Jennings/Spenc is out the door?

Lame move. At the very least Quincy Miller is 22 years old and has a bit of potential, Blake is 35 years old and at the end of his career.

WTF? This absolutely signals a trade of some kind. 4 point gaurds? Maybe a filler piece of some kind? Blake is terrible, and old.

Wow that really sucks for quincy, especially because he wasn't able to show in the summer league how much better he supposedly had gotten

So much for all those who included Miller in our core.... I figured he wouldnt make it to the roster. I like Blake, wonder what this means for Jennings.

Could have just signed John Lucas again, he would have been a better option for a 3rd PG. Letting Miller go also kinda sucks after all we heard how hard he worked the last couple of months. The kid didn't even get a chance. I expect another move soon.

So Quincy went to Brooklyn? Good for him.

Its not a lame move or a great move. Why are fans always in love with the last guy off the bench? Im more upset Det didnt trade a 2nd rounder and Quincy for Moe Harkless though.

Blake adds grit and toughness to a young and soft team though if we are assuming he stays. Stanley, Marcus and Blake show Stan is trying to make this team hungrier and more scrappy.

Shams Charania: Brooklyn has traded guard Steve Blake to Detroit for Quincy Miller, with the Nets likely releasing Miller, league sources tell RealGM.

Not possible for 1 year. Couldn't bring back Caron Butler either.

There's the camp body point guard. If Blake sticks around past preseason then it's probably because Jennings is traded. I'm a little surprised Miller was traded but it sounds like Brooklyn wanted his unguaranteed contract and that was the only one Detroit had to offer. Apparently Quincy wasn't going to make it out of training camp regardless.

Miller is a 2nd rounder whose been jumping around from team to team. The liklihood that he becomes an NBA caliber player is slim to none- you cant buy into the same Langlois BS that player X gained 15lbs in 2 months

This signals Lucas is signing somewhere else, and not 3rd pg, but 4th.

Jackson, Jennings, Dinwiddie, blake. This makes zero sense to me. Someone is on the move. Maybe meeks, and Jennings will play backup, 2 along with pg?

But you like another teams 15th man?

No one is trading or looking at jennings in a trade until he looks good on the court. That is many months away
