there should be something in contracts that allow you to just fire a dude for crap like this and not have to pay him his money. Maybe cap takes a 50% hit. Needs to be some clear guidelines so it's not just a way to clear bulk off the books.

You get 2 Dui's in 6 months, you should get some time or at least court mandated rehab. How did he even have a licence?

I know I may get flamed for it but the first time I give a guy a bit of a pass despite it being incredibly dumb n dangerous I know when you're young you make bad decisions that you regret after...

But when you already f up this bad n clearly don't respect the consequences then the punishment should be a bit more severe so there's no mistaken. I'm not sure if the league can interject but they should fine him and suspend him for a few games so he gets it.

Like others said, makes no sense why he can't afford some type of driver to get him home.

I people going paycheque to paycheque can afford to keep their cars at home and shell out $20 for an uber. He should to.

There really no excuse for a guy with money to repeat this mistake. Yes I would do anything to be able to have a DD every time I go party.
