AL wins home field, but the NL will still win the World Series.

Some awesome pitching this weekend in DC between the Nats and Dodgers. Can't wait to see Scherzer-Grienke on Sunday.

i would be looking forward to it.

but this is the exact type of series where the Dodgers go into Was…it's highly anticipated and they get the doors blown off of them and we have to make up for the sweep somewhere else in the schedule.

please…just get a game in Was…please.

Kershaw and Greinke were awesome this weekend.

glad for the series win.
Was not aware of how banged up the Nats were going into the series. Not taking much from the series given that fact but I'll take the 2-1.

Harper pretty much trying my patience with that comment about Greinke after the game.

I dont hate you bro.
chill.

edit:
nvm.
will let it pass because he said this yesterday about Kershaw:

“He put on a clinic today,” Nationals outfielder Bryce Harper said. “Really went out there and pitched like the MVP he is, and it was pretty devastating because we tried to go in there and do what we could, but he’s the best pitcher in baseball, so it’s pretty tough.”

Going into Sunday’s action, the Nats ranked 11th in runs scored, stronger than all of Greinke’s previous stymied foes in his five previous scoreless starts, with the Rangers (13th) the previous toughest team, easily outshining the Cubs (24th), Marlins (25th), Mets (28th) and Phillies (29th)

no Rendon
no Zimmerman
no Werth

in those Nats lineups this weekend.

Grienke was awesome, but yeah the Nats basically have Harper, Escobar, and a bunch of AAA hitters. Ian Desmond in particular might be the worst starter in baseball right now. Still it was a really well pitched game by both until the end when Blake Treinen let another team put a close game away. Really need to make a move for a 'pen arm or two.

Now a huge series vs. the Mets who lined up their best Ps to face us. We may be getting some of our injured players back though, will need all hands on deck and then some to score on Harvey and company. Thankfully the Mets offense is pretty terrible too.

good Lord.

Kershaw
Greinke
Batman
deGOAT
Syndergaard

almost unfair given the injuries...

don't forget that you have 4 with Pitt coming up after that.
It's that time of the year where I'm keeping my eye on all schedules and will enjoy you guys beating each other up during those 4 games.

I for one love Harper's attitude. We need more of that in baseball.

I don't mind his attitude either…in terms of not going on and on about how great another player is but why take a jab at Zack Greinke of all people?

and no. I don't think saying heas a damn good pitcher at the end was enough.
If you have a problem with the ump, take it up with the ump.
