3. Incoming freshman who are outside the top 10-15 who could rise up?

4 FIRST ROUND DRAFT PICKS! This thread is sad on so many levels. 1) The season hasn't even started and the sixers are looking forward to the draft. 2) Why not trade those useless picks for some vets from winning programs? 3) I would protest this crap! Ownership clearly doesn't have winning in mind. They're just filling the roster with rookie contracts to save money while filling seats at the Wells Fargo Cntr, and filling Philly fans with false hope.

Give it a break mate. There is always a thread on the GB to troll sixer fans, maybe go nuts on that. When you come to our board it reflects poorly on you and in your words, sad.

Have you watched him play much? He's one of the lowest BBIQ guys I've ever seen. Constantly makes the wrong play but gets bailed out by an athletic advantage that will be chilled at the next level. And now he's coming off a serious injury and will be 22 his rookie year. He'd have to have a fairly incredible year or this draft would have to suck for me to even consider a top 15 pick on him.

That's good to know, I actually havent see him play almost at all. Just fell in love with his measurements before he dropped out of this past draft.

I'm already getting nervous about lottery night and the Lakers getting into the Top-3. What a let down if next year is just our pick and two picks in the 20s.

But you forget Saric and hopefully Embiid also adding to the squad

Did you just question Kobble AKA the Jerry West of RealGM if he's watched him play?

Look at the Smush Parker of Realgm constantly trying to provoke people.

@Sixerscan

Of course I've seen him play. I've been high on him since his Sophomore year. I accept that his injury concerns are legitimate. I don't think his age is a big deal because like I mentioned, I think he has a pretty legitimate boom potential despite being a seasoned upperclassman. I don't get the sense that he's a historically dumb basketball player, at all. He forces plays at times. He also displays incredible passing vision and defense reading ability as well.

I forgot to mention I also really like Deandre Brembry of Saint Joseph's. He was kind of under the radar his freshman year (Langston Galloway's senior year) and last year was an All A-10 performer. This year, he seems like a lottery pick. 6'6, great length, has handles, is an excellent defender, can shoot from range, seems like he can play the 2 or the 3. Feels like because he's at St. Joe's no one is really going to start talking about him until draft declaration day. He'd be my preseason A-10 player of the year.

My bold prediction for future point guard of the 76ers is Jamal Murray. I like him better than Russell and Mudiay. Murray is crafty ,quick and explosive. 6'5 with decent length . Can play on and off ball. Spots up , slashes and facilitates. He's my favorite point guard prospect who fits the 76ers perfectly.

I still prefer Demetrius Jackson, but I wouldn't be upset with Murray,

or Dunn.

Old for this class, questionable decision makers and not a good outside shooter .

We have a core a dominant offensive bigs with Okafor and potential Embiid and Noel and Saric at Powerforward. We don't need a athletic slashing point guard. He need a savvy passer and deadly shooter. Jamal Murray brings that and more to the game .He can penetrate but that's not his bread and butter.

No doubt Murray is a good prospect, but IMO, the Sixers need athleticism at the PG. Murray isn't the run/jump playmaker that Dunn is. Once again, just my opinion.

Why do we need athleticism at point guard? We are build around two big man . I think we need shooters the most.

Murray is nowhere near as a passer close to Manny and DLo, he is a crafty scorer that can create, but he is more Brandon Knight than any of those.

I'm bias bc I'm an Owl, but Jalen Brunson made a huge mistake going to Nova. He was running circles around guys in the FIBA U19 tournament and now he's going to play as a backup to Archy? I'll be surprised if he gets enough PT to warrant a first round pick but if we could get him late in the first it would be a steal.

Its Nova, they will play Brunson and Arch at the same time....probably with another PG as well.
