Polling each fan forum to get their take on the upcoming season.
Comments to rationalize bad contracts -
1) It's less than the MLE
2) He can be traded later
3) It's only __% of the cap
4) The cap is going up
5) It's only __ years
6) He's a good mentor/locker room guy

I want to say 60. Personally I think we have the talent to win 65+, but I don't think they'll take the regular season that seriously.

I'm gonna say 68. I think LBJ and this group want to make a statement and look to destroy. Health is going to be the biggest issue especially with Kyrie. I'm somewhat concerned he might rush back or just not ready for the start of the season.

I think KLove will be ready to go along with Andy. If we get a vet min SF like Dorrell Wright to give more rest to LBJ during the season, watch out NBA!

Less than 20. Shawn Marion was the lynch pin of this team.

This SI article used Win Shares to estimate how many wins we'd have next season. It actually had us at 51 wins - 2 less than last year, in which we started off the season 19-20, and behind the Raptors for 2nd in the East. :-?

This article is clearly misguided. Of course, if the Cavs start out 19-20 lose Varejao early on with no legit center and then trade for important pieces 35 or so game into the season, they might just be right.

If we retain Thompson and can get ~25 quality mpg out of Varejao, teams are going to struggle to score on us. Overall health aside, I am looking at 64-18.
Well at least we're not Detroit!

Health aside I'll say 58-63 wins. Basically the same cavs team from last year will be back plus a few new additions to the bench.

healthy i think 62-68 Wins are totally within possibility but i could also see the "we wont go full throttle during the rs" version wich would propably win 55-58 Wins.

Most realiszic win span: 58-62 i think.

I think Cleveland can rely on improved chemistry, relatively better health, objectively better depth,a better season from Love(actually a more effective integration of him into the team system) & an improved performance from Thompson(23) and Shumpert(24).So a realistic expectation would be around 62-65 wins.A best-case scenarion is 66-68 wins if they go all out and have everyone rolling(& healthy).A worst-case scenario probably means around 55 wins, because i mean this year's start on 19-20 must be as close to a worst-case scenario as possible.

IMO i can't see them win more than 60-62 games, because Lebron will have game off for resting purposes. That's what i would bet most probably: 60-62 wins.

That's the Chicago Bulls winning percentage next year if Rose was found guilty of raping that girl.

The fact you believe that crap shows you are a Cleveland fan, the dumbest of the dumb. Ho wants money. Rose doesn't need to rape to get them.
