second deal x 90000

Personally,

Waiters = selfish, chucking, needs new contract soon, no defense trash

Kanter = worst defender on earth, nice offense/reb, but doesn't make up for his D and terrible contract at all

hyperbole, but yeah

OKC would say no.

I never really considered it being serious, if I were OKC I would never do that deal

don't compare their whole careers, what they did as rookies or in their second year has absolutely no bearing on whatever they are now

Ibaka is a better thee point shooter

Way better defender

Way better rim protector

Way better shot blocker

Better free throw shooter

better PER

better TS%

better rebounder

Kieff

gets to the line more

better passer

more steals

better mid-range shooter

Morris = Poor rebounding malcontent, who may or may not want to be on this team, and can turn it on when i wants, with a decent contract

Tucker = Dirty drunk who misses buses, only can hit the corner 3pt, with non guaranteed contract after this season.

Personally:

Tucker >>>> Waiters
Morris >>> Kanter (Based on skill vs. wants to be on suns)
Ibaka >>> Bledsoe (Based on availability of position players)

Kanter > Morris IMO.

But I agree with Tucker > Waiters. I am not sure about Ibaka vs Bledsoe though. I've always wanted a defensive PG after Nash era.

I know Kanter has one of the worst defenses but neither Kieff is a good defender. I'd prefer Kanter's rebounding and offensive advantage (even it is not a big gap over Kieff) rather Kieff's defensive advantage (which is slight also)

Im pretty damn sure Kieff is far and away a better defender and that Kanter is among the worst in the league at defense.

That article about Morris doesn't tell enough. And I've already said Kieff is better at defense. And I'm not saying trade Kieff with Kanter. I don't think Kanter would fit in Suns. But if there was a draft going on, I'd pick Kanter before Markieff.

You're understating the difference in their defensive abilities. Kanter's defense is absolutely appalling.

Lol yeah Enes has no defensive ability at all. IDK why but even I am generally a homer, I see Kanter more valuable then Kieff. It may be wrong, but it is what I see.

Kieff>Kanter, especially in our system and it's even more pronounced when you factor contracts in.

Ibaka is a pipedream, we've got more chance through FA than trading for him.

Sorry, really wouldn't at all. He posted that on the trade board and its kinda a laugher.

Trade board is overrated. Also, I guess I didn't word what I meant correctly, lol (trying to make food right now). I meant, if the Thunder were fine with his original offer of Kieff/Tucker/Goodwin + picks (and Bogdan) I'm sure they would be fine with Kieff/Tucker/Goodwin + picks (and Miami pick).

Yeah, they wouldn't be fine with his offer though, that was the laugher. There's nothing coming back that's close to value of Ibaka. Its a bunch of nickels for a dollar.

Kieff + Tucker + Goodwin + Clev pick for Serge Ibaka?
Yes, this trade would be amazing. Ibaka is probably the best defender in the entire NBA right now and he is a good offensive player too.
It is a pipe dream, if they trade Ibaka Durant will not resign with them.

never ever going to happen, but that would be sick.

Bled/Price
Knight/Weems/Booker
Warren/Someone/Weems
Ibaka/Mirza
Chandler/Len

Maybe if Durant or Westbrook get injured again the Thunder just say **** it

What the ****? I think you deserve a suspension for that horrible trade proposal :noway:

For us? OKC wouldn't do it, and I would want some protection on that pick, but what makes it horrible for us? Serge does everything you want in a PF. Blocks shots and can hit the 3. He would probably be about the best target we could go after.

I agree. Ibaka's numbers dipped slightly last season IMO due to playing without Durant/Westbrook for a while.

OKC would never do it. They are a contender, so they are not going to take role players and picks for their third best player (right behind two top 5 players).

Looking at Serge's stats, I guess I was expecting more than 14.3/7.8 considering Durant was out. The block shots are great, and he really improved his shooting.

OK... in three more pages we can cross Ibaka off the list and toss him in the Gasol pile

If Keif wants out, you cut and run. I'd like to think he'd be professional enough to keep it in the back rooms. Either way, camp is beginning soon and some form of comment will be necessary.... even if its a one line tweet.

Sure was cool of the suns to gift Serge to the Thunder for taking Kurt off our hands.

I really like Enes the menace for his rebounding, it's just hard to hide him defensively.
