I can't think of a more spoiled, self-absorbed ego than Mook.

He has done NOTHING to earn all this sense of self-worth and arrogance. Calling a proud franchise - who teamed him and his twin up - 'clowns', is just ridiculous.

At least guys with big egos like Nick Young or JR Smith are kinda funny, and their comments are so outlandish you KNOW they're kidding. Mook has the nuts to say the Suns should have consulted with him before trading him? F him, that sort of chat is reserved for guys who have EARNED it like Nash or Marion etc.

He's got an inferiority complex and is so insecure it's laughable. Man up and be accountable already.

I hope he gets found guilty of the assault and the Pistons can tear his contract up. He may have millions but he is a loser living in a dreamworld where he's the mayor.

Don't like what I see from Goodwin either - sure he's a kid, but he could have earned himself some dap with Suns brass if he replied 'Shhhhh. them clowns are my team' - ANYTHING to actually show he WANTS to stay with the Suns.

Its about time , Archie and Kieef (_brother_of_idiot_mouth_Mook*) to leave a spot for someone else. We dont want players to play with words on twitter but to play basketball.
Booker and Tj Warren are the good hard working kids that we have to trust them. Not this annoyin kids.
PHOENIX SUNS team is above all .

Marcus how about thinkin of mooking yourselfe?? Some self-criticism is good for intelligent people.

I'd like to see Goodwin go just for Booker to get minutes. I don't care how Goodwin may become as a player.

Trade Kieff for Ilyasova. I'd be ecstatic.

Salaries line up perfectly

And we'd have the KCP/Kieff mess haha

Marcus Morris is a joke...really proud he is not on our team anymore.
Goodwin showing bad things...it is not the first time that he complains about his minutes or opportunities.
Markieff is exactly like Marcus and they think the same, Paul Coro and a lot of people in the Suns organization have said that.

Just my opinion, but I think that Markieff thinks exactly what Marcus is saying...hopefully not.

Archie talking up on twitter? I might even consider trading him for Ibaka at this point.

Lol
The hate here for Goodwin is unwarranted

Marcus Morris gave Goodwin credit whilst taking a jab at the Suns.

Goodwin implied he will do what it takes to get on the floor. To me that means he will work hard and show he deserves minutes.
He's a passionate and that's good. That's a great trait for players. Unless he starts acting like a Morrii on the court or even Artest like... His passion is fine.

Marcus Morris and Markieff Morris are very very a like and it's likely Markieff is still not happy... And will hold a grudge.

Yeah f him. And Archie is pissed he's not getting his chance on the floor. I want him gone too.

what portion are you talking about?

"tired of knocking on the door Ima kick it down feel me"

Seems to me like he's talking about breaking out this year. He's gonna make most of the chance he's going to get this year.

Here's the twitter chat:

Thanks for the link. Moot getting an earful from some fans was nice. As for Goodwin, he just needs to shut up about playing time. And if he questions his role again, like last year, he will be watching more games than he will play in.

For what it's worth I think Marcus is on a pretty good contract. We needed him gone though to open up minutes for TJ. He should quit being so butt hurt though. Sounds like a whiny little bitch.

We needed him gone because he was a cancer. Yelling at coach, stupid techs, assault charges, etc. If he wasn't a such a disease I wouldn't mind having him on the team because he was a very good three point shooter.

I'm one of the few here that thinks Marcus is a good player.

That said, it' obvious that he was a cancer. I'm glad he's gone.

Archie will get his shot this year. He'll have to beat out Booker for minutes though.

I'd Swap Archie for LaVine in a second. Too bad that won't happen though.

Nice read about Weems.

http://www.dleaguediary.com/2015/07/30/d-league-diary-sonny-weems/

Weems continued, “When I came to the NBA, I was more of an athletic wing that was just running around and trying to make exciting plays, but in Russia I learned to read defenses and play in a half-court game with pick and rolls and weak side defenses and other things like that. That’s the main thing I learned, how to become a well-rounded basketball player. It taught me how to play the game rather than just using my athleticism.”

With all of the accolades that Weems had garnered in Europe, it was a tough decision to make the move back to the NBA. While he could have been lured financially by CSKA, he realized it was time to make his mark on an NBA floor once again.

“The opportunity to came back to the NBA kind of just snuck up on me. The president of CSKA and I came to an agreement after the last game of the season that it would be best to settle things and let me pursue my dream in the NBA. I left a lot of money on the table by leaving, but he gave me the opportunity to leave and continue my NBA career.”

Not long after his conversation with CSKA, he received a call from the Phoenix Suns.

“With the Phoenix situation, I have no idea how that came about. I got the phone call on my birthday and they said that they had followed my career in Europe and wanted me to come over and sign with them. It all happened pretty quickly and I got the call soon after my talk with CSKA, so it was just crazy how everything worked out the way that it did.”

Heading into this season, Weems is on a mission to show the basketball world that he can play at any level.

“I just want to prove myself and prove that I belong; that’s my number one thing going in. I want to show everyone that I can play the NBA game just as well as I played in Russia.”

After some roster shakeups this offseason that brought Weems and Tyson Chandler into the fold, fans in Phoenix are excited about what each of their new additions are going to bring to the table. Weems has high hopes and looks to bring a different style than the last time that NBA fans saw him.

“Some of my big impacts on the Suns are going to be with my defensive ability; I’m a great on the ball defender and weak-side defender. I read the game really well and know where each player is supposed to be, too. In my time in Russia, I learned how to use the pick and roll pretty well. My three-point shooting ability has made a 180-degree turn around since the last time I played in the NBA, as well. I’m a more complete player and I’m looking to show that next year.”

I swap Archie for Lavine too, but I just have this feeling that LaVine is one of those players who will never live up to his talent because he is just not right in the head.

I think Archie will not play at all if we don't have injuries because Weems is gonna play a lot. Booker and/or Goodwin will play some minutes here and there depending of match ups, foul trouble, injuries or Hornacek wanting some spark coming from the bench.

If we don't make changes I think our rotation will be something like this one:

Bledsoe / Knight
Knight /Weems
Tucker / T.J.
Markieff / Teletovic
Chandler / Len

I agree about Goodwin...I was obviously joking. I'm glad he wants to beat down the door to play....hopefully it means he is continuing to work his ass off.

Lol... Guys I've been always positive about Suns and our players but do you really think Goodwin means "I'll work hard and get those minutes!" ? He will cry and bitch at mid-season for not getting minutes you'll see.
