Complex released the top 20 rappers in their 20s... Wow is it bad:
Mick Jenkins
SchoolBoy Q
Mac Miller
Joey Bada$$
Fetty Wap
Rich Homie Quan
Travi$ Scott
Tyler, the Creator
YG
Azelia Banks
Swae Lee
Big Sean
Chance The Rapper
Vince Staples
Earl Sweatshirt
Young Thug
Meek Mill
ASAP Rocky
Drake
Kendrick

In reverse order... They got the top 3 right but the second it hits Robert Millz it falls apart.

Nicki needs to get her fuqing man in check. The Caitlyn Jenner comment was out of pocket when the majority of Nicki's fans are LGBT. Does he think this is the Rock The Mic tour?

Well look what we have here....

http://ccdn.hiphopdx.com/2014/05/Tory_Lanez-304-300x300.jpg

Tory Lanez Says He Ghostwrote For Meek Mill In Unearthed Video

Tory Lanez claims that he wrote a song for Meek Mill in an interview with HotNewHipHop that was published in October of 2014.

"I wrote the August Alsina record on the Meek Mill album that's about to come out," Lanez says.

The track the rapper is referring to is likely "My ******," a bonus track on Meek Mill's Dreams Worth More than Money.

In the HotNewHipHop interview, Lanez says that he has written behind the scenes for Travi$ Scott and Jeezy, among others.

Fetty is the king of the ear worm music, once it hits you it's contagious. Cross play on multiple radio stations, multiple radio smashes, Fetty is here to stay.

That means nothing. When you say best rappers...you mean best skills. Being the the King of ear worm music, dont mean you nice. Ab Soul is not even on there or mad others. So Like I said. Complex is just hyping Industry garbage. Fetty not even a rapper, dude is a singer. He calls his **** ignorant R&B. Being popular dont mean you the best. The only way he should be on the list, if the context is, best at being popular.

Fun fact: I recently found out Cam'ron's bacon rolls line is what started Rap Genius... Cam always has the most hilarious wordplay.

Man I used to love Dipset. Back when they were really hot I was a senior in high school and I remember bumping every one of their mixtapes. I even made a pilgrimage to Santana's store in Harlem. There were a couple of really hilarious things about that day. First, my friend and I took the wrong train so we ended up heading downtown instead of uptown initially and so my first ever experience with the West Village which I love now was seeing a gimp suit in a store window and being freaked out lol. Then when we finally did make it to Harlem and find his tiny ass store, I remember his mom trying to charge me 60 dollars for a fitted. I ended up buying this god awful black thermal with a huge gold and silver eagle on it because it matched my equally gaudy Akademiks jeans but I was the **** at school because I had that authentic Juelz Dipset gear. Damn that brings back memories lol.

I'm still not expecting this to escalate, it'd be bad for every brand involved but at least this is a battle more in Meek's lane. Street bars vs street bars, just leave it on wax and it'll be good...Ab got himself a deal with a cat that has the ability to really put him on and get that street ish some radio spins, he just gotta be smart about it.

This is being pumped as the team

It's not bad, but not messin' with Black Thought, Mos Def and King Los.

Some trios I'd like to see match them -
Slaughterhouse - Any trio really, but Crooked I, Mouse and Royce would be my picks.

TDE - Kendrick, Ab-Soul, Jay Rock

The Lox - self-explanatory, they have the chemistry advantage and came up battling

My random do it all team - Pharoahe Monch, Raekwon and Phonte

If we're bringing up dudes like Mickey and Daylyt a trio of battle rappers would kill them. Those guys are quick witted for rappers but they aren't keeping up with dudes like Hitman Holla, Lux, Clips, etc. Hell even dudes like Mickey and CH are way better freestylers than all of them.

Give me Lux, Jones, and Lupe for some star power.

I tend to agree, but then again I didn't expect Joey to be debatable with Hollow and Cassidy to get Diz off his game. You let the vets write and you never really know until they start barring (plus crowd bias always swings their way). I'd put Hollow instead of Lux, Jones for the pen is perfect (one of my favorites in the game) and Lupe vs Mos Def gotta happen even in the made up scenario

This one really feels like a kick in the balls. R.I.P. to a legend and someone who shaped my view on hip hop with his music and presence in the game.

You thought Joey was arguable? I'd have to disagree there. And Diz has a tendency to outthink himself that's why he lost.

I wasn't thinking much but I'd actually put DNA in there instead of Lux or Hollow. DNA's energy would throw the rest off.

Doesn't sound like he has any official deal with OVO/Drake

I edged Hollow 2-1 with Joey taking the second and the third woulda been up for grabs if Joey didn't drop the mic as soon as he lost the crowd. You're right on Diz, dude lets his emotions throw him off and it gets him unnecessary L's. I wouldn't trust DNA, dude is super hit or miss regardless of opponent. He'll smoke Ill Will then spend three rounds using pass/past wordplay against Passwurdz and get completely styled on. I was thinking I might give Math or Head Ice a spot, put a bully up there because as nice as team Mos is that's the one aspect they're kinda missing.

It'd be interesting to see how a Euro team approaches them. Soul has been on a tear this year, Shotty is top tier and Tony D has only really had one bad performance. They wouldn't win, but I'd be interested to see if they took different angles into it.
