Worst penalty shootout ever?

Daniel Bernhardt should be seriously pissed. He made a couple nice saves that should've secured round 2.

Re: 2015-16 German Bundesliga Discussion Thread
Leverkusen actually had a pretty good summer.
Signed Tah, Mehmedi & Aranguiz. Kramer returned and also Papa was bought from Schalke. Only noteworthy leavings were Castro and Drmic(who was terrible last year).
I kind of expect them to fail in UCL qualifiers against Lazio, though. It will take some time until all these new guys build chemistry. And of course they still have Kießling lol.

I guess Leipzig will surely go through with a 3:0 victory now despite Osnabrück leading 1:0 when that incident happened.
Well, Leipzig offered to play again. Let's see how this one ends. Some 'fans' should really start to think about what they're doing. I mean, throwing a lighter at a person you don't even know just because you don't like the club he plays for (missing and hitting the ref while your club is about to win makes it even worse)? How sad is that? And if the guy who tried to kill Hertha's bus driver really did this just because he hates Hertha...man, I have no words for that. That's just really really sad.

Normally I would agree, but we are talking about RB Leipzig here.
Dirk Nowitzki, Steve Nash, Kevin Garnett, Toni Kroos, Pep Guardiola, Ernst Happel, Joachim Löw.

So you're alright with a bum throwing stuff at players/officials etc.(just because he doesn't like that club) and costing them a cool big check for reaching the 2nd round of the cup?
LMAO
BTW: It seems like HSV players were real pricks(not just their sporting director, who lost the list with the salaries of the players) during the game against Jena.
F***king Sven Schipplock, for example, always told his opponent how crappy he(and his team Jena) was and how much money he makes compared to him.
What an idiot and a great thing to se him go out after showing up with such a dumb attitude.

Do whatever it takes to stop RB Leipzig.
Classless comments from Michael Zorc about Immobile who came up with some interesting, honest and fair comments about his time at Dortmund. Guys like Zorc, Watzke, Klopp have zero class. "Echte Liebe".

I don't give a rats a$$ about Dortmund, unless we play them, but that's just funny in so many ways.
The diva from Italy who couldn't do sh** cries about having a tough time in Germany, throws the league, former team and coach under the bus and the Dortmund front office is "classless".

Funniest thing about Immobile's comments is him saying the league isn't all that good while still not being able to to anything when playing.
Maybe the dude just isn't that good, as quite a few italians were saying last year, as he signed with Dortmund...

Let's see how he does in Spain. He changed the game against Barcelona tonight.
I dont think he is wrong what he is saying about Klopp. I've never seen Klopp as a great tactical mastermind. But I know it's forbidden to criticize Klopp in Germany.

[/quote]LMAO Sven Schipplock. Its beyond ridiculous this lousy player keeps getting paid by Bundesliga clubs.
It would be no problem to find players in the 9th or 10th league that have a better technical ability than he does. I have literally no idea what makes him a Bundesliga player other than that he is able to run.

Honest? If he was honest he wouldve started with "Sorry, I played horrible." instead of finding a trillion excuses like Germans eat too early or I was unable to speak with people because German is too hard to learn.

Osnabrück were about to stop them, the guy who threw the lighter just helped them to get to the second round.

The language thing is a really odd thing for him to bring up considering that BVB have a number of italian speakers in their side, including Miki and Auba. But it is what it is and sometimes guys just don't fit in certain places and do in others; I don't like speaking ill of the dead so don't want to slag Ciro off, but the language thing is just so weird for me to hear him bring up

Regarding Leipzig, there can't be two opinions here. it's not ok to throw things at referees or players or anyone. PERIOD.
I don't like any of those clubs, so i couldn't care less, which one advances.
Regarding Ciro. Let him say, whatever he wants. It's clear these are all excuses. ridiculous excuses at that. That being said, i wish him well in sevilla, so hopefully we'll get a big transfer fee next summer.

It's true sure but it's not like these players didn't knew it was coming before they signed fat deals with Leipzig.
They went for the extra cash and willingly chose Leipzig over other clubs fully aware that Leipzig's reputation among football fans in Germany is way down the toilet. Hard to feel sad for anyone of these money whores.

It's incredible how much you flip flop. You called me out the other day when I said clubs like RBL, Hoffenheim, Leverkusen, Wolfsburg were ruining German football.

They are not ruining German football. Without clubs like Wolfsburg & Leverkusen the parity would be terrible. It would be Bayern, Dortmund, Schalke, Gladbach and nobody else afterwards.
Just look at your HSV. They benefited a lot from Leverkusens money. Not Leverkusens fault your chaos club decided to spend 100% of that money poorly, though.
However, that doesnt change most players who go to such clubs as RB & Hoffenheim are money whores, though. And I have little sympathy for those.

Most athletes in any sport that pays well are whores. This is true of many other professions as well, it's just human-nature.
