Repost:

We only play the Cavs 3 times and the 1st meeting which is our 2nd game in the season is the only one that is nationally televised.

So all in all we have the schedule of a team that was in the lottery last season. A couple of our nationally televised games are vs the Pacers, there was one vs the Raptors. One vs the Knicks, one vs the Pelicans and one vs the Bucks. Nothing to get too excited about.

Both of our games vs the Clippers are nationally televised though, one is on ESPN and the other is on abc(our only abc game). Those games should be fun.

We have a nationally televised game vs the Thunder and one vs the Bulls those should also be good games as well.

All in all though it seems like we're going to go pretty under the radar. Going into the playoffs most fans around the league aren't going to see much of us.

I wonder what the back-to-back plan will be for Wade this year. Take it one at a time or put a maintenance plan in place?

Limit him to 30mpg and I think that he'll be fine. Last year Wade didn't miss time because of knee problems he had hamstring issues the worst of which happened when Spo played him too many minutes.

He left the Lakers game after he felt it strain but returned to playing a few games later vs the Thunder Spo played him 34 minutes, then 33, then 32, then 38 vs the Bulls and guess what happened? He got a strain right in the belly of his hamstring and missed a month of action, lucky for us All star weekend gave us some breathing room.

Spo needs to make sure to not ride Wade no matter how bad things get his minutes need to be monitored.

Easiest schedule pre-Christmas (mostly at home) according to ESPN. Then that brutal 14/16 road game against 95% playoff-tier teams.

All games but the two scheduled for TNT and the one on ABC will be televised in South Florida on Sun Sports.

I'm rather worried about that dreadful Jan - Feb stretch. Sucks for Wade; he will be turning 34 around that time and he literally has to wait until the month after till the schedule gets more of a breathing room.

It is imperative that we really take care of business pre-Christmas.

If we play well in the 1st 2 months w/ all the home games will minimize any risks of playing catch up later in the season when we play more road games. Hopefully we find our chemistry early.
If u don't want 2b here, the way things work, u don't like it, then don't b here. U have 2 stand on something. If Miami ain't standing on something, they become alot of these organizations trying 2 find their identity. This is the culture, bro -Wade
