Hopefully Bourn can get back to being the way he was in his first stint with Atlanta. The change of scenery might be good for him.

That Randal Grichuk for David Freese/Fernando Salas trade looks pretty great right now (for the Cardinals). I can see him turning into a guy who hits .280 with 30 HR and plays good defense in a few years.

Should be an interesting one this week against the Nats.
who can get up off the floor the fastest.
always good to be getting up off the floor with a 3 game lead in the division.

Stick a fork in the Nats this year, think we just might be done. I mean how do you lose 2/3 at home to Colorado...and now we have to face the Dodgers and Giants the next 7 games on the road(incl. Kershaw and Grienke back to back AGAIN).

Re: 2015 MLB Regular Season Thread
Thank you Dodgers for basically handing us a free win yesterday fielding a AAA lineup.
If we could somehow win one of the next two vs Grienke/Kershaw, thatd be great......

Puig looks like trash at the plate. I dont think he'll be in a Dodgers uniform next season.

He took my boy Joe Ross yard last night though.
We are soooo due a win over Kershaw. Guy has dominated us from day one. Would be awesome to take 2/3 in LA going into SF, where we historically do very well in the regular season.

Too much potential and value is too low to sell like this.
There were discussions for Syndergaard earlier this year. The Mets probably laughed us out of the room. They'd probably screen our calls now.

Re: 2015 MLB Regular Season Thread
In four starts against Grienke/Kershaw this year, we have 0 runs and haven't even had a runner as far as 3rd base. Such a joke.
Lineup needs complete overhauling. Those guys are great, but no excuse to score literally nothing in four combined games. If thats gonna happen what is the point of making the playoffs when we'd have to play those same two guys?

Kershaw dominant last night.
deGrom as well.
Greinke in the driver's seat for the Cy Young but a fumble here or there could make it interesting.

I dunno why I still think you guys are going to get hot but I do.
I say you keep the faith.
I thought you guys looked locked in and you could have easily won the 2nd game against Greinke if some balls weren't hit directly at people….and Harper didn't even play that game.
But it's probably hard to be positive while the Mets are as hot as they are.

Re: 2015 MLB Regular Season Thread
giants 2.5 games out of the 2nd wild card spot smfh
giants streakiness drives me insane. luckily the switch seems to turn on every other playoffs. unfortunately, we give up tons of games to mediocre teams in the pennant race.
