Users,

This is the thread to request a username change.

Here are the temporary rules until we decide on a permanent policy

- Users may not request a username change until their account has been active for one year.
- Users get two username changes per account but may not use both username changes within the same year
- The Adminstrators have the right to reject any username change if we feel it is inappropriate or trying to attack a current user or Moderator.
- We reserve the right to have you change your username if we feel it is inappropriate.
- Users Who have had disciplinary action recently could be denied a username change as users have tried in the past to hide their identity with a change.
- If a User makes a duplicate account to get around the rules, that account will be banned and the main account could face disciplinary action.
- Username cannot be more than 15 characters (spaces included)

To request a username change, a user MUST do the following in their post

Username Change Request Post

- Old Username (post current username) to New Username Change Request (New Username Request)

- Post a link to your user profile (An easy way to do this is click on your username on the left side of your post where your information is and cut and paste the link.

- Please make sure the link works

I ask that you do this so the process is fast and I can get these done as quickly as possible when I have time.

If a username is unavailable, I will note that in a post on this thread.

We regret that we had to stop username changes for a while due to time constraints but they will be back under this policy until we develop a permanent one.
