Another world beater from the Schalke academy.

Yeah I like him a lot too. I guess even more than Draxler and Meyer. Wouldn't surprise me if he becomes a regular starter in the course of the season.

Mourinho takes another shot at the Bundesliga.

“You win the Champions League, how many teams can react to the fact that they did not win the Champions League? A lot of them can react. In the Premier League if you win the title, how many teams are able to react against that? A lot of them can react,” said Mourinho.

“You can go to Germany, how many teams can really react against Bayern Munich, how many teams are powerful enough to react against Bayern Munich’s dominance? They’ve won three in a row and probably are going to win it for the fourth time.
Dirk Nowitzki, Steve Nash, Kevin Garnett, Toni Kroos, Pep Guardiola, Ernst Happel, Joachim Löw.

It is not only a Bundesliga issue.
Serie A & Ligue 1 experience the same problem currently.

It just happens when one club is vastly superior money-wise.

Watch Murinho calm down about the Bundesliga as soon as Pep's done at Bayern.
He's just having a loath affair with the spaniard and will always try to talk some stuff about him or the league/team he's in.

And as Foye said, it's not like Serie A or Ligue 1 are any different.
And even in the Premier League there are just Chelsea and ManCity, if you're honest. United's still ways away and creating a new team and Arsenal is just gonna be Arsenal.

BTW: It seems like cb Antonio Rüdiger could join AS Roma pretty soon.

Good start for Wolfsburg, scoring in the 13th minute. It's a shame for Frankfurt though, thy were looking like the more dangerous team until that goal.

Edit: make that 2-0, Bas Dost scores a very Bas Dost like goal.

Or in Juve's case it happens when they are brilliant at getting players for bargain prices :) :)

The Bundesliga Promo Team

Post#590 » by SoccerDude » Mon Aug 17, 2015 3:40 pm

Hi Folks,

since this seems to be a whole series I decided to open a dedicated thread. I hope this is ok...

I found the 3rd episode of the Bundesliga Promo Team on Youtube today.

https://youtu.be/kYgQt_hTXGw?list=PL3uJGozO1imdggKAn6D7gJcm2jxeAlAp_

What do you think about it? Will you watch the games? I heard that the first game was even streamed on Youtube?!? Has anybody seen the sttream?

Buyern helping another Traditionsverein in need. This time it's Dynamo Dresden.

Indeed they are brilliant at it.
But lets not forget that Juve also was by far the most financially stable Italian club in the past years. They own a stadium and don't have to rely on selling players to invest. They'll be in trouble to keep their top spot in Serie A, though.
Milan is going to be back sooner than later if they are going to spend 80 mil. on new players every summer under their new owner.

Just awful. Not thread worthy on any way. Found myself cringing the entire time.

Welcome to realgm though! Hope you stick around. Hit up the Bundesliga thread. We have another, somewhat eccentric, HSV fan there as well.

Incredible what's going on with De Bruyne tonight. Can't even answer a simple in German.

He seems to be a very shy and introvert person. I really think it suits him better playing in a Provinzverein in Germany than in England where all eyes are on him. But you have to make that move if you want to reach the top.

It is completely irrelevant to compare to buli to serie a. Ac milan and inter milan are having great players now. Roma is doing fine. The race will be tight.

On the other hand, Psg and Bayern will probably win it at least 7-8 more times until someone else wins it. Complete monopoly in both leagues.

From the English media, yeah.

If he fails at Man City I dont think he will bounce back. Not at the top level. Can't fail twice in England. Maybe at a BL mid-table nothing club like Mainz or Hoffeneim or something like that. But he is obviously better than that.
