Tom, thank you. Only your truthfulness can end this debacle

As I've said all along:

Biggest non-story in the history of sports
Eric Maynor is the worst basketball player I've ever seen.

Uh no he didn't, false leak by the NFL. Brady is not accepting a suspension. Goodell should accept a 4 week suspension for not cooperating with the appeal and hearing by not providing Pash to testify why he edited the independent report. So what's your take on Judge Berman destroying the Ted Wells report? Must be another idiotic Pats homer.

Berman: "I believe some arbitration awards have been vacated" because a witness was not allowed to be called without explanation.

Berman: The NFL "cannot just conclude they cannot have a witness bc testimony would be cumulative."

Berman: "There is a bit of a quantum leap from the finding of Mr. Wells to the finding of Mr. Goodell." (from general awareness to scheme)

Nash: "Brady was not just generally aware. He was involved." Berman: "Why doesn't it say that?"

No take on the judge taking a dump on the NFL? I can't believe a huge Pats homer would be assigned this case. Man the guy jumping to reason, it's quite absurd.

i am sure i had this talk with one of you brady worshippers. that doesnt mean anything, arbitration judge's duty is to play devil's advocate and corner parties into settlement. i think it was lester munson that said day after brady's chances went from zero to around 5 percent of playing week one, keep holding on to that 5 percent.

Lester Munson the guy who works for the network that has been slandering the Patriots this entire offseason and hasn't practiced the law in like 20 years? His word must be valuable. If he's playing devil's advocate why has he been trashing the NFL hard and had little to say to the NFLPA? Judge has already given 3 ways he can vacate the award. And Adam Schefter has officially denied the report that Brady would accept a suspension of any kind.

I don't even know why you waste your time, Froob. Facts and objectivity are gleefully tossed aside in this witch-hunt. Glad to see the public, day by day, receiving more of each the longer this goes on. It's up to them to decide whether they want to see it with their own eyes or keep covering them.

wait a minute, if you are a brutha, and you are sitting in a car, and a police officer comes up to you, and you are UN COOPERATIVE, that causes problems with delaying the whole process! That leads the police officer to think that you are guilty! Your unwillingness to cooperate, can cause problems and mistakes to happen. Next thing you know, POW! Your shot! BANG!

Now we all know Tom knows something, and is guilty. But lets just bypass that point, weve been over that debate before.

But this is what is going to happen to Tom. Because of HIS OWN DESIRE AND UNWILLINGNESS to cooperate, BANG! HE WILL BE SHOT DEAD IN COURT!

You were close, but failed to realize the NFL's ruling is not a court of law. And that the NFL didn't ask for his phone until after the report. Good try though you'll get it eventually.

As I have continually said, the more interesting conversation here is about general public opinion of Brady (not the opinion of haters or homers like us) and how that relates to his potential GOAT status.

I'm confident that this eventually will not be a big deal/leave the public's collective mind. When I see Arod embraced the way he has been, the high level of respect for Bond, etc, I can't help but think this won't matter much in the end.

yeah but arod already said mea culpa. america loves to forgive only if players own up to it, bonds still considered a scum outside bay area because instead of manning up he decided to drag his league in courts.

If yahoo and other message boards are to be believed, the majority of football fans support Brady and the Patiots. I mean, these are the same people who usually cry "Spy-Gate (one of the biggest non-stories of all time. Seriously, research what actually happened. Spy-Gate has been blown out of proportion to an insane degree)! Cheater! Belicheat!". So you know that the NFL ****ed this up to make the Pats sympathetic figures.

I think 5% is good enough.
