Even Brewer could score in the NBA better than Roberson. It's rare air to be that bad on offense as a wing in the NBA. Lol. I gotta check him out tho. I got high expections for him, we gone see.

With the Lin madness going on Lamb has sort of taken a back seat. I'm very, very intrigued to see what the young man can do here.

Defensively, he's pretty damn good. He's not MKG or anything, but he's kind of like Sefolosha except he gives you absolutely nothing whatsoever offensively. His career high in points is 12. A wing like him would only work next to Durant and Westbrook- can't really do anything offensively at all. I think OKC can do plenty better if they're looking for a stopper next to Durant and Westbrook.

Interesting note: Jeremy Lamb is wearing #3 here. I know a couple of us, myself included, expected that #3 was going to be unused and then retired for Crash, but I guess not.

China White Lin is the best.

Using carrre numbers, he's already got a better DBPM than Rhabo and close to the same TS. He isn't a scoreer, but he is sol low volume attemt wise it works. He can cut and slash better than Thabo and easily is a better rebounder. He can't shoot the 3 but is way better in close.

I'm glad Lamb is here and hope he thrives in a new environment, but this talk about him having motivation issues definitely makes me nervous.

his work ethic is very overblown & made up because he looks sleepy & didn't get minutes in OKC.

during his second year reports from OKC came out that he was living in the gym all summer every day, & then he dominated the summer league that year.

he also has bulked up a lot since he came into the league, I don't think his work ethic is a problem.

Good to see Lamb still in the gym late night getting in some work after everyone left.

Going to be interesting seeing how Cliff distributes minutes at the 2 this year.

Having versatility on the wing is good. With the exception of Daniels, all of our SGs can also play the 3, and MKG and Nic can play up to the 4. I expect a really interesting, even distribution of minutes across at least two positions for pretty much everyone on this team, with the exception of Al and probably Kemba, who'll be getting all of their minutes at one position.

Side note: I think getting Lamb was one of the best things we did this offseason, and I've been a pretty big supporter of most of our moves. We got him for almost nothing in return, he fits in better here, there's already some built-in chemistry with Kemba, and he fits our needs. I think he'll have a big impact.

I agree. I feel like now the burden of living in Hardens shadow is gone for him now that he left OKC. And the fact that we got him for nothing makes it a win win. Regardless of what he does this year it will be more than Ridinour would have done.

I'm just afraid that this board waited for him for so long that they might be a bit disappointed if he doesn't perform to a high level... However it's true that we got him for like nothing, so it was a pretty good move by the management.

In fact, when I heard that we made that move, I was almost sure the management reads this board and saw how much we wanted him haha.

All I want is 10 ppg in 20 mpg on 43%/37%+ shooting numbers.

I don't know what you guys see in him. I hate the way he moves around and I hate his body language. Still think hes a DNP-CD to start the season.

That would be pretty damn solid. Essentially 18 points per 36 minutes with solid shooting percentages. If he's posting those numbers, then he should be getting closer to 30 minutes a game.

Yeah, we don't have anybody on the roster capable of doing that per 36 minutes. Maybe Kemba if the shooting really improves.

The season before last Lamb and Reggie Jackson were pretty much neck to neck in shooting % and scoring. Then Lamb had a few bad shooting games and literally never got the minutes again. We all saw what Jackson turned out to be. Not saying Lamb will be as good as Reggie but for a few months there were just about equal.
