In terms of NFL talent the U for sure.

Reed, Shockey, Andre Johnson,McGahee, Portis, Wilfork, Vilma, Sean Taylor (RIP) ...a pretty ridiculous team it was.

Best college team IMO was 1991 Washington Huskies. Penn State in 94 was really good too, watched them beat a loaded Ohio State team by 6 TDs. Of the ones listed here I vote for USC

And oh yeah, that Washington Husky team was a great team, their coach ran a national power house in the northwest.

2002 Ohio State Buckeyes since they knocked off a team that was almost as good as the 2001 Hurricanes, and did so with a freshman running back no less and a very very new coach.

in terms of sheer dominance, nobody even sniffed beating that nebraska team, the least amount of points they scored was 35, their closest margin of victory was 14 and they beat 4 teams in the top 10. not to mention they went back to back
