Lol and then Kieff thanks the Suns for the birthday wish by posting that his future is not in Phoenix.

Classic.

For; Suns sake am hoping Kieffs situation gets resolved in the next few days like I mentioned it's very weird that no one has put up a official trade proposal for Markieff.

I think he's Boston bound simply because the Celtics have positioned themselves to make a more
Concrete offer for the Suns liking...

I still think there is a good chance we hang onto him until Dec 15th when more people can be traded. Indiana could use him. These guys wouldn't necessarily be the ideal guys to trade for, but Jordan Hill, Solomon Hill and Lavoy Allen would fit salary wise. I know we don't have that many roster spots so we'd have to figure something else out. Or Jordan Hill and Chase Budinger. Yeah, I know that's a lot of AZ Wildcats.

Budinger and Hill would be expiring though so we'd lose them after the season but it would give us more cap space. Would probably want a lotto protected pick or something too.

If Sully and PJIII can be got for him, pull the trigger. Jones needs new scenery and Sully has had moments. If he fizzles, let him go or move him. I know everyone wants something for Keef but he's **** the bed in PHX pretty thoroughly so now it's just salvage what you can.

I would have swapped him for Sullinger even without this criminal, cancer garbage.

If we can't get anything more than junk, I'd sit him until he can be attached onto a bigger trade for something useful.

If the celtics rumor is true...
I'd pull the trigger.

Sullinger is very comparable and actually a better "Power" forward for his rebounding and PJ3 I've mentioned as a potential sleeper hybrid PF/SF Horry type.

Seriously, suns should not entertain having a malcontent player being in contact or being around the Suns players who wants to play and try their best for the Suns, it's a respect thing for those professionals enough.

Some ideas, Trade Machine says they work

Hornets
Kieff for Cody Zeller, Jeremy Lamb

Pistons
Kieff for Ersan Ilyasova

TANKers
Kieff for rights for Dario Saric

Raptors
Kieff for Patrick Patterson and pick

Wizards
Kieff and Leuer for Nene and multiple picks

I want him gone so much

TASTIC wrote:His agent must be pulling out his hair with this buffoon and his antics.

He deserves to get booed when he plays in Phoenix, for or against.

He can say what he wants about McD and Babby etc, but where is his pride in being a man and going to war with his brothers (poor choice of word!) on the team?

I don't know what they're going to do with him.

Unless DET offers Ersan straight up or HOU is open to moving TJones + Beverely, I think we're looking at accepting some expiring and a 2nd for him which is a shame. Wherever he ends up, I hope he never sniffs the playoffs and he's either stuck behind a star or he hates the city (or all of the above!).

This guy is a complete $hit heel and he deserves all the negativity being dumped on him. Even before this latest tweet he managed to climb to my most hated Sun of the last decade I think. Calling out the fans, getting all those techs and disrespecting the team and his coach, and of course the beating.

He's got talent but he's arguably the worst rebounding starting PF in the league, he's not a good 3pt shooter and he doesn't block shots.

Send his thug ass packing or to jail, I'm tired of this petulant child act and holding a proud franchise to ransom because he can't act like a man and take responsibility for once in his life.

Markieff - you get paid $8m A YEAR TO BOUNCE A BALL AND PLAY A GAME.

That post right there is worthy of the :SLOW CLAP: Clap...........Clap...........Clap........Clap.....Clap--you get the point!

#FOE?? More like #FOEEM, with that 'EM' being 'Except Money'. He claims he's going to be a professional, but what that really translates to is, he's going to ensure he continues getting paid like a professional, because nothing he's doing at this point can be considered 'professional'--and you nailed it, Tastic, he's acting like a petulant child at this point. You have a problem with me? Come talk to me like a man, don't hide behind your twitter account.

And you stated a lot of the same things I did on the other thread regarding his on-court impact--technical, PFs, and TOs, because it sure as heck ain't treys, blocks, or rebounds.

I really don't care that his brother was traded without his knowledge; a lot of players are traded without being informed first. And they were on vacation at the time, right? Man, Kieff needs to get over this. And again, he can claim #FOE all day long. Nobody's stupid enough to believe that it's not #MOE, and that's the truth! If it's truly #FOE, then he won't show up for camp, but I can guaran-dam-tee he'll be there with bells on, because if he's in breach of his contract, he'll be fined or won't get paid, or whatever the hell else happens to a player that doesn't show.

I really hope McD doesn't trade him before camp, or whenever he's mandated to be there for the first team event, and while I don't have a Twitter account, I hope there are a ton fans who call him out on the #FOE thing, because the second he shows up, it's proof that it's #MOE, not #FOE! He'll try to hide behind that being a professional BS, but everyone will know better.

Wait, what does the FOE hashtag even stand for? I honestly can't even be bothered to spend a minute researching this clown's antics, and also I'd probably rather just assume that it's about his career trajectory and stands for Fuel On Empty.

I feel embarrassed because I was cheerleader for the "draft Keef" movement back when. Oops.

There was a draft Keef movement? I recall a lot of fans here being on the Kawhi bandwagon, Faried also had a lot of supporters.

Man it's hard to look back at that draft and justify that Kieff was the right pick... here is a list of notable players drafted after him...

#15 Kawhi Leonard
#16 Nikola Vucevic
#17 Iman Shumpert (also had a lot of buzz from the Suns)
#19 Tobias Harris
#20 Donatas Motiejunas
#22 Kenneth Faried
#23 Nikola Mirotić
#24 Reggie Jackson
#30 Jimmy Butler
#38 Chandler Parsons

You mean ones like these?

GSW IN: Kieff
PHX In: Jason Thompson, 2019 Lottery Protected 1st

Jason Thompson's scoring is mostly from the inside, similar to Favors, so Kieff extends the range at PF somewhat. And flat out, Kieff is the better player. But since Thompson can't be traded with another player, the only way to 'even out' the trade would be to add a draft pick, but GSW has traded a bunch of picks out, so the pick in return needs to be a few years out, essentially why I added the 2019 1st.

http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=omhjrgk

CHI IN: Kieff
PHX In: Gibson, Portis

More desirable,maybe??

http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=ncrsndj

CHI IN: Kieff
PHX In: Mirotic, Portis

And last, but not least...

TOR IN: Kieff
PHX In: P. Patterson, T. Ross

http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=nqusxoe

Very 'meh', but at least we wouldn't be devoid of talent at PF--we'd have 2 '2nd string'-types at PF in Patterson and Teletovic, and we get another young talent at PF in Ross.

Then, there are the trades that make too much sense:

Kieff for R. Anderson
Kieff for Sullinger/P. Jones/Young
Kieff for T. Gibson or Mirotic

I had some reasonable ones in there, man! I just had more that weren't, is all!! :D
