Played most in his rookie season (2013) 153 snaps, -5.4, was a + in run D and very weak in pass D and penalty

Holmes is a TE...I think Lambert made them comfortable waiving Chewka for special teams purposes.

The practice squad is filled. Added to Orr, Valles, McDonald and Gilbert are:

RB George Atkinson III, guard Mitch Bell, cornerback SaQwan Edwards, defensive end Shelby Harris, tackle Dan Kistler and linebacker Josh Shirley.

Surprised Dyer didn't make it but I think he didn't offer enough in other areas to get a spot. Bell is a surprise and I doubt he gets a spot if Morris is healthy.
