Despite losing one of the NFL's top receivers, the Green Bay Packers are confident they'll remain a Super Bowl contender.

Coach Mike McCarthy certainly believes they can continue their dominance over the Chicago Bears.

The Packers can do so with a sixth consecutive road victory over the new-look Bears on Sunday...

I know people in general aren't excited about this season, but I am.

I'm very interested to see if this coaching staff can develop any of our young players that show to have potential.

I Think this game will say a lot about how Cutler will preform for the rest of the season. He is notoriously bad against the pack and if does well his confidence might be high for the rest of the season. (or at least until the Seahawks destroy him).

Cool story  .

You have your opinion, I have mine.

And they are winning more than 5 games. I got them winning 7. They are bound to win a game or 2 they aren't suppose to win.

Last years team was ridiculously dysfunctional which is why they managed to only win 5 games. This years team has MUCH better coaching from top to bottom. They will be better than last year.

I agree. We actually have some youth in our roster now, whereas the past few years we've had one of the oldest rosters in the league. This staff is not only good at game planning but also have a provem track record for developing young players. The other guys were just guys. Kromer was always a good line coach but I really don't know what Tucker was ever known for.

What's going on Bears fans. I know this is going to be a pretty below average season for the Bears. Starting to rebuild, and building this team up from scratch. But I'm still excited, and am looking forward to this season! Can't help myself.

But hey just to pimp myself out here. If you guys are ever looking to hear more on the Bears myself and a couple of other Bears bro's from the internet get together and do a weekly podcast during the season. So if you're looking to hear more about the Bears during the week, and want to check it out the link is below. We do it for fun, just because we wanted more Bears talk as well! Let me know what you think!

I'm so pumped for the season, and even more so now that I just found out that the game this week will be on TV here. It's not on until 3am, but I'll be watching anyway.

Love the way the offense played in that first series. Simple play calling, running the ball and not making stupid mistakes.

This team seems to have a much higher football IQ than the past two seasons. It's nice.

Sorry, Susan.

Even if your comment was accurate in general, Cutler is the same old Cutler in the clutch.

Not to mention to potential TD drives scuttled by O-line penalties.

Jay's interceptions aside, I think this is exactly how he should be used all season.

The real frustrating sequence was when we are at the goal line, we never run the ball. That just makes no sense to me. You have 3-4 chances to tie the game up, but end up turning the ball over on downs.

A handful of untimely errors on offense stopped us from having a really great offensive showing.

Defensively, this team pretty much has no playmakers to speak of. Jared Allen is completely done. He basically has one move, which is to go wide outside of the tackle. But since he has no speed or agility, he always has to go too far upfield, which takes him out of the play.

They always do. And it annoys the hell out of me. This team needs more premium draft talent ASAP. Playmakers. Most notably a quarterback.
