Whoever it ends up being shouldn't have much trouble at all. There is the last B & A league draft threads somewhere in here to literally copy/paste the rules & etc. And Im here or on email (dsg2021 at gmail dot com) for any help, if the B Commissioner needs it.

You should talk to dsg2021. Since he was the commish last year, he can transfer those permissions to you. It saves you from recreating a new league and it keeps the league history and settings in sync with the A League. Also, there might be people who are already in the B League last year who aren't necessarily on that list above. As commish you can send a mass invite to all those folks. Lastly A League has 14 teams... you don't have to do the same, but just wanted to mention it... I thought there would be a chance to have a C League this season.
